1.1 INTRODUCTION
Food and tea supply machine for student in universities
cafeteria
In most Ethiopian universities the cafeteria system is done
by human labours and not human free so there is a lot of
problem that rise from this undigitalize system for instance
the food may contaminated when the cafeteria workers
supply food for student using with out any digital system,it
is costy , time wasting(for meal card checking and so on) , it
may be unfair for some students (in a sanse one student eat
more and the other will not), and Most of the time the tea
will cool down after a certain time of period .so our project
solve thuse problems as we trying to explain above by
design a circuit device that only work by the means of press
and unpress the botton and having heat supply system for
tea in order to not the tea will cool.

1.2 PROBLEM STATEMENT
As you read from our introduction the main problem that
stick with food is health issue and it maybe there are some
other problems like time management issue , student sense
of satisfaction( because we all need safety so if the café
system is done by only workrs it may happen hand contact
with food so student will not satisfied ).some student cheat
and eat twice
The last problem is rise with tea supply in breakfast. Most of
the time the tea will cool down after a certain time of period

1.3 OBJECTIVE
 To degitilize university cafterian system
 To prevent some unnecessary cost for our
government
 To provide the technology that work without meal
card registerer guy

1.4 Project idea


Our project idea is to design device that give food in
breakfast(tea) ,lunch,dinner time with fixed amount for
every student once in time using counter and some logic
gates.

Let assume one student come to infront of the device


and want to take his lunch or dinner meal so first of all
his finger pring was took before(literally all student finger
print need to be registered) he press the botton after
that the food machine or the tea machine will give him
service untile he take sufficient amount of food or tea.

After that one instructor is set their and turn off the
machine after fixed interval off time.

1.6 Working principle of the device


We use those elements
1,counter
2, 7 segmnent
3, finger print scanner
4, switch
5,one person to coordinate the device

1 ,First the counter is need to control the time


interval of the when the machine will be on
and off .
2 , two 7 seven segment need to display the the
counter time and display on and off
off :- counter 0
on:- counter 1-9

Let assume for this project counter count up to 9


sec to get full service to one student and after
counting up 9 it will reset to 0

3, finger print scanner uses in order to control the
swich :-student finger print recorded so every
student can use their finger print at once because
the data will recorded so they can`t use double a
time .
