What does the table show?

How many types of health facilities are available?
What is the percentage of barangays in Aloran has a health facility?
What are the conditions of these facilities?
What is the health implication of this situation?
Where are these facilities?
What is the implication of these facilities relating to their location?

The table above shows the Medical Health Facilities and Personnel in the Municipality of Aloran during calendar year 2022. There are a total of 23 health facilities available or 58%
of barangays in Aloran has a health facility. One is privately-owned, the R and L Medical Hospital, and the rest are publicly-owned which are as follows: 1 Main Health Center and 21
Barangay Health Centers (BHC). These facilities are classified as Operational (O), Needs Repair (NR), and Not Operational (NO). Of all facilities, 11 are considered operational while 12 needs
repair. The most number of personnel is situated in the Main Health Center with 1 doctor, 3 nurses, 1 sanitary inspector, and 8 other staffs with a total of 13 personnel. All the Barangay
Health Centers do not have doctors and nurses to man the station, and only 4 BHCs have assigned midwives. In times of a health need or health emergency, most patients will not have
access to health care services right away due to the conditions of the facilities, which in turn, can cause more harm and deterioration to the health of the patients.
The municipality of Aloran is both surrounded with land and water forms which cause different level of susceptibility to different kinds of hazards such as flooding, tropical cyclone,
earthquake, volcanic eruption, landslide, tsunami, and storm surge. For flooding, 4 areas have high level of susceptibility, 1 area with medium level of susceptibility, and 18 areas with low
level of susceptibility. For cyclone, there are 4 areas with high level of susceptibility, 1 area with medium level of susceptibility, and 18 areas with low level of susceptibility. For landslide, 5
areas have high level of susceptibility and 18 areas have low level of susceptibility. For storm surge, 4 areas have high level of susceptibility, 1 area with medium level of susceptibility, and 18
areas with low level of susceptibility. All 23 areas have low level of susceptibility for earthquake, volcanic eruption, and tsunami. Because of the different levels of hazard risk in relation to
locations of health facilities, when a certain environmental hazard will strike the area, health care system will be down, health care services will be down, which in turn will have negative
impacts to the health of the community affected.
