Here is the project scope which explains the processes our team will employ in order to develop
a good social media presence,

Starting with a fast but detailed planning/preparation process, our team will prepare a dynamic
ongoing social content calendar to have a clear structure and direction towards achieving the
desired results.

We would expand the social audience and follower base by hashtag promotions, heavy use of
keywords, use of targeted sponsored Ads, sharing related posts, engaging with other pages,
keeping up-to-date within the industry, and contributing our own unique content to extend the
scope.

We plan to engage the social media audience by sharing updates from the restaurant, the
customers, the menu, events, employee spotlights, and so much more.

We will also pay close attention to industry trends and adopt the relevant ones. This will help
increase the exposure of the restaurant to the targeted market.

With direct contact and monthly brainstorming sessions, we will consolidate marketing campaigns
in line with your priorities and promotional materials.

Campaigns via social media are more important than just sharing our offers/packages, sales, and
promotions. We will agree on a schedule for a series of posts to keep up the exciting momentum
for all prospective customers.

PROMOTIONS AND SOCIAL CAMPAIGNS

We will utilize social channels, specifically Instagram, to connect with your follower base and engage
them with promotions to get them excited about the menu (the wide variety of dishes), the
ambience, events, and the brand itself. These campaigns can last as short as a day or can run up to five
months. We’ll be able to analyze the results from each campaign, and then we will provide a report of
its success. Results of campaigns can be compared so the most effective promotions, offers etc.

SUSTAINED MONITORING
It is important to regularly maintain engagement activity for maximum growth. Prompt
responses are very crucial as late responses can lead to losing a potential customer. We will respond
to any questions, comments, and posts within a one/two hour time period latest.

ANALYTICS
We will provide you with updates on analytics — such as follower growth, reach,
demographics, engagement - comments, “likes”, shares, etc.

Reporting- Summarizing various results and activities over each month. We will set up a meeting to
go over the results, to then tweak our approach accordingly.

Since Kalypso is one of the upcoming restaurants & lounges within this business space, the Nexan
team is excited to team up and tackle the challenge of handling their current social media standing.
As you know, successful social media marketing is one of the best ways to get recognized.
In our research, we discovered that Kalypso current primary social media strengths include:
-High-quality pictures and videos
-Good layout arrangement of the profile

The current weaknesses of the Waves page that we will focus on improving are;
-Price promotion. Something we have realized after working with multiple restaurants, price
promotion is key in this industry. You will notice that posts with prices tend to receive higher
engagement as users find that more valuable.
-Effective use of targeted sponsored ads.
-Have more posts that are engaging and have a call to action.

Daily Responsibilities:
Respond to any/all engagements from the follower base
Analyzing the post trends

Weekly Responsibilities:
Create up to 5 social media posts a week (design and contents) as per the agreed content
calendar which will be reviewed jointly.
Scheduling and publishing posts

Monthly Responsibilities:
Deliver a monthly report that will demonstrate the standing/progress of Kalypso's social
media account and it will also provide recommendations.
Provide 2 photoshoot coverage (bi-weekly)

compare results month to month to understand the full scope of the marketing initiatives worth

STATEMENT OF WORK
& CONTRACT
1. S E R V I C E S A N D P A Y M E N T

Nexan agrees to undertake and complete the services as defined in the project details section in

accordance with and on the schedule specified in the project scope section. Kalypso will pay Nexan in

accordance with the billing section.

2. O W N E R S H IP ; RIGHTS; PRO
PRIETARYINFORMATION; PUBLICITY
.

Kalypso shall own all rights, title and interest (including patent rights, copyrights, trade secret rights,

mask work rights, trademark rights, sui generis database rights and all other rights of any sort

throughout the world) relating to any and all inventions (whether or not patentable), works of authorship,

mask works, designations, designs, know-how, ideas and information made or conceived or reduced to

practice, in whole or in part, by Nexan in connection with Services or any Proprietary Information

and Nexan will promptly disclose and provide all Inventions to Kalypso. All Inventions are works

made for hire to the extent allowed by law. In addition, if any Invention does not qualify as work made

for hire, Nexan hereby makes all assignments necessary to accomplish the foregoing ownership. Nexan

shall further assist Kalypso, at Kalypso’s expense, to further evidence, record and perfect such

assignments, and to perfect, obtain, maintain, enforce, and defend any rights assigned.

STATEMENT OF WORK
& CONTRACT
3. T E R M I N A T I O N

If either party materially breaches a material provision of this Agreement, the other party may terminate

this Agreement upon five (5) days written notice unless the breach is cured within the notice period.

Kalypso may terminate this Agreement at any time, with cause, upon ten (10) days’ notice, but, if (and

only if) without cause, Kalypso shall upon termination pay Nexan all unpaid and undisputed amounts

due for Services completed prior to notice of termination. Sections 2 (subject to the limitations on

Section 2.3 stated therein) through 8 of this Agreement and any remedies for breach of this Agreement

shall survive any termination or expiration. Kalypso may communicate such obligations to any other (or

potential) client or employer of Nexan.

4. ASSIGNMENT

This Agreement and the services contemplated hereunder are personal to Nexan and Nexan shall not

have the right or ability to assign, transfer, or subcontract any obligations under this Agreement without

the written consent of Kalypso. Any attempt to do so shall be void.

Next Steps
1. Please read the contract on the previous page to make sure you understand all the details
involved with us working together. It’s really important to us that everything is transparent
and understood from the beginning so that we lay a solid foundation for a great working
relationship.
2. If you have any questions at all, please let us know. We’re happy to clarify any points and
there may be some items that we can sort out together. We’re committed to finding the best
way to work together.
3. Once you feel confident about everything and are ready to move forward, please sign at the
last section of this proposal to make the acceptance official.
4. Once you sign and revert back to us with this, we’ll contact you shortly to sort out the next
steps and get the project rolling.

In order for the project to commence, a down payment needs to be paid upfront; which is half of
the agreed monthly total fee.
