In the quotation section, you will find rates for 3 different hotel combinations for Paris accommodation:

Quotation 1 overnights: 3 nights in Amsterdam + 3 nights in Paris + 1 night in Brussels 

Quotation 2 overnights: 3 nights in Amsterdam + 2 nights in Disneyland Paris + 1 night in Paris + 1 night in Brussels 

Quotation 3 overnights: 3 nights in Amsterdam + 2 nights in Marne La Vallee + 1 night in Paris + 1 night in Brussels 

As you have exclusive use of the coach, should you wish to make any changes to the itinerary or inclusions, please let us know and we can tailor the
trip to the groups desires.

No hotel space has been booked at this stage, therefore hotels listed in this quotation are to be used as a guide only and subject to change depending
on availability at time of reservation. Should the quoted hotel be unavailable, we will endeavour to book a similar standard property within the quoted
budget.

Prices are based on firm 2023 rates. If accommodation dates fall over any conventions or large scale events, or if particular hotel is required to be
contracted, a supplement may be applicable. In these cases, we will notify you when this becomes known, to discuss options available to your group.
Group hotel space works on a first come first served basis, therefore should you wish to proceed with the proposal we encourage you to let us know
as soon as possible, so we can commence working on hotel reservations! This process can take some time but we will ensure you are kept up to date.
Itinerary may also be subject to change in some extreme cases, where availability is an issue in the location quoted.

provided on request. It is the Tour Leaders' duty to ensure
that driver’s regulations are not broken and will be liable to
criminal prosecution should they not do so.  In the event
drivers’ regulations are not adhered to, any insurance
policies become invalid and as such the agent employing
the tour escort may face major claims. Drivers can only park
where it is legally permitted to do so, and Tour Leader
should not put pressure on drivers to park illegally.
EU Driving Regulations: Driver’s working hours cannot
exceed 12 hours a day. In one day, a driver is not permitted
to drive more than 9 hours and must have a minimum of
45 minutes rest after driving 4.5 consecutive hours (away
f rom the coach and not providing security). In the event of
a mono-country tour where the driver originates f rom that
country, the driver must not drive more than 6 days before
having a 24-hour rest period – in which case an alternative
driver will be supplied. Drivers may work 12 consecutive
days if the tour is multi-country.
• Any unused services whilst on the trip are non-
refundable
• No refund is available if cancellations occur after the tour
has commenced or in respect of any tours,
accommodation, meals or any other services not
utilised.
• Invoicing: Regardless if passenger numbers drop or
increase after final payment has been paid to Travel
Corporation, you will be re-invoiced accordingly, based
on full paying passenger numbers traveling,
corresponding with the applicable price break quoted.
This applies right up until day of departure.
Itinerary Changes & Trip Cancellation: TTC reserves the right
to vary itineraries should circumstances dictate, as well as
cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with
operating requirements, or circumstances beyond its
control. The advertised trips require minimum numbers to
depart. Should these not be met TTC reserves the right to
cancel arrangements.

Baggage Allowance: Due to limited coach capacity the sum
of the length, width & depth of the case should not exceed
160cm (63 inches), and weight should not exceed 20kg (44
Lbs).  and gratuities to the Travel Director, coaches drivers and
Tour Leader: In the event of a delay of more than 30
minutes, it is the tour leader’s responsibility to telephone
the hotel/restaurant/guide/local coach or sightseeing
venue (or telephone TTC) to avoid problems or possible
cancellation charges. TTC cannot be held responsible for
any damage, loss or theft of any guests’ belongings
including luggage or other items of a personal nature and it
is the responsibility of the agent to warn guests not to
leave any items on the coach, and to take appropriate
precautions and to take out insurance to cover their
belongings. TTC cannot be held responsible for any
problem with any service unless the tour leader calls TTC
immediately to notify TTC of said problem so that TTC has
the opportunity to rectify the problem.
What’s Not Included: Passports and applicable visa fees,
laundry, phone calls, items of a personal nature, beverages,
meals and sightseeing not detailed on the itinerary, tips
local city guides, excess baggage, optional experiences and
travel insurance. Please note that travel insurance is highly
recommended.
Documentation: Will be sent approximately 7 days prior to
departure.
Booking Terms and Conditions: These conditions
incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted
by the Travel Agent and TTC. By making a booking, you are
agreeing to these terms & conditions. These must be
studied prior to making the commitment of paying the
deposit as they must be referred to. Additional terms and
conditions may be applicable to group bookings and will be
advised as they become known.

Price: The advertised price is in Euro and includes security &  

local taxes as per the itinerary. The price is based on
minimum passenger numbers and in order for the trip to
operate these passenger numbers must be met.

The above pricing is subject to any additional government

taxes, city taxes and surcharges that were not in place at
the date of quotation.

Please be aware that public holidays, events, conferences

or trade fairs may be scheduled to occur at the time of the
groups visit and may have an effect on this tour with
accommodation often difficult to secure in and around the
area. TTC reserves the right to charge supplements and /or
accommodate groups up to 100 km f rom the quoted
location. We will update you on these events as they
become known to us.

Child reduction is valid only for children under 14 years of

age, using extra beds in twin/double room or family quad
room sharing with two full fare paying adults. Child ages
must be shown on the rooming list in order to qualify for
the reduced fare.
