Departments to attend the International of Differently Abled Programme- Regarding. Ref:- 1) Memo No.12030/4/2022, dt.23. 11.2022 of the Principal Secretary to Government, Department for Women, Children, Differently Abled and Senior Citizens, AP., Vijayawada addressed to the District Collectors 2) Instructions of the Director, Welfare of Differently Abled, ‘Transgender & Sr. Citizens, A.P., Vijayawada 3) Meeting conducted with NGOs and Associations working for the cause of Persons With Disabilities in Visakhapatnam, dt.23.11.2022. 4) Note Orders of the District Collector, Visakhapatnam dt. 26.11.2022 I would like to inform that in the ref. 3 cited, the Differently Abled Employees and Associations of the District have requested to accord permission to attend the International Day of Differently Abled programme on 03-12-2022 and to grant ‘on duty” permission to the Differently Abled employees working in various Government Departments and Schools in Visakhapatnam District. = In this regard, vide reference 3« cited, the District Collector, Visakhapatnam has issued orders to allow all the Differently Abled Employees who are working in the Government Departments/Schools in the district to attend the International Day of Differently Abled Programme on 03-12-2022 as “On Duty’. Hence, all the Heads of the Departments in the District are hereby directed to allow the Differently Abled Employees, who are working in the Government Departments/Schools to attend the International Day of Differently Abled Programme on 03-12-2022 as “On Duty”.
