In pursuance to the instructions issued in the reference 5 th cited, I submit that, the leave
account of Late . U.Sasi Bhusana Rao, Assistant Engineer/ Mandal Engineering Officer, MPP, Arakuvalley who
expired on 15.12.2000 while in service, has been updated in the service register of the individual from inception of
the service.
Further, it is submitted that, As seen from the service register of the deceased employee,
it is notice that, the following different spells of the leave has to be regulated as eligible leave.
In this regard, it is submitted that, with regards to sanction of certain leave periods of deceased
employee, the Executive Engineer is competent to sanction leave up to 30 days to the staff working under their
control. Further, it submitted that, the above leave periods of the deceased employee is more than six months expect
SL.No. B, C,E , F, H and I. Without sanction of SL.No. A leave period, remaining leave periods can not be regulated
in the Executive Engineer level as per eligibility.

2. Further, I submit that, orders were issued suspending U.Seshibhusha Rao (Late),
Formerly Assistant Engineer / Mandal Engineering Officer, Mandal Praja Parishad, Therlam on the mis-utilization
of Govt. funds to a tune of an amount of Rs.3,98,300/- towards digging of 21 C. I Wells, vide reference 1 st cited.
Later, my husband was reinstated in to service pending finalization of disciplinary case, vide reference 2 nd cited.
3. On my request, the Engineer – In – Chief, A.P., Hyderabad has issued orders ,vide
reference 3 cited, Abated further action against my husband and ordered to recover an amount of Rs.9,500/-
rd
(Rupees nine thousand and five hundred only) from the pensionary benefits of the deceased employee. The copies
of the relevant orders with regard to suspension , reinstatement and dropping of further action are herewith
submitted for kind perusal.
