 Working activities involving NDT inspection on various types of equipment s such as

Storage Tanks, vessels, piping and structures.
 Performing ultrasonic weld scan on TKY joints in Flare Towers
 Inspection on various plant areas including confined spaces and team management.
 Performing Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging & Lamination check on new plates and pipes.
 Performing Ultrasonic weld scan on plates and pipes.
 Ultrasonic testing on piping in detection on corrosion, erosion, pitting, weld parts, refinery
drums and oil storage tanks.
 Reviews work orders, test procedure sheets, and product acceptance criteria to determine
test specifications.
 Performing visual inspection and survey on new weld joints for NDT.
 Performing Magnetic Particle Inspection on new weld & existing joints for flaw detection.
 Magnetic particle testing on heavy pressure vessel with connecting tubes.
 Perform visual and mechanical inspection of parts.
 Performing Dye Penetrant Inspection on pipe weld joints, Tanks, Vessels & Structures.
 Performing penetrant testing and inspection function on casting.
 Conduct daily, weekly, monthly calibration and system checks.
 Performing Vacuum box testing on Tanks Bottom plates, Roof Plates and annular Plates.
 Performing Diesel testing on Tanks Shell to bottom joints.
 Reviewing Isometric Drawings and P& ID drawings.
 Preparing NDT Reports and Maintain the documents
 Coordinating with QA/QC team for completing inspection in timely manner
 Perform responsibilities of preparing and submitting weekly and monthly progress reports.
 Conducting toolbox talks and giving work instructions.
 Adherence to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures.
