WARRANTY

The Warranty is for one year for mechanical parts. From the date of receipt of
the at buyer’s factory, If the buyer requests, the seller has to send the machine
to pay the round trip ticket (to & fro traveling fares), hotel, food, local
Conveyance charges for the each seller’s engineer.

The electrical components, the loss by nature and artificial damage created by
unprofessional technician, will not be in our maintenance scope.

We warranty for the smooth working of the equipment supplied by us for a

period of 12 months from the date of delivery, provided the machine is
operated by experienced & technically qualified operator (No guarantee for
rubber & cloths parts).

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled in any circumstances. The customer is

advised to take delivery of the machines within 15 days from in the date of our
intimation and if the customer could not take the delivery within this time
frame, the advance received with be forfeited and no claim will be
entertained.

INSPECTION

Any charges for inspection would be on the client’s account. The seller will offer
lifetime consultation service, If the machine has any problem while it is out of
guarantee, and the buyer needs the seller’s engineer to maintain, the buyer would
pay the round trip ticket (i.e. to & fro fares), hotel, food and lodging & boarding at
actual local conveyance charges.
