1 Create your own physical activity pyramid based on the activities that you do to
improve your overall health, fitness, and quality of life.

2 Identify at least one activity that you do every day, 4–6 times a week, 2–3 times a
week and to cut down on.

3 Take a photo while doing each activity and paste your photos beside each
category.

4 Answer the questions that follow. Then, submit your output in eclass.

What are the health benefits of the physical activity pyramid?


The physical activity that I do makes my blood circulates or flow and
sweating is good for me to burn my fats. Good blood circulation
makes my heart pump well. Physical activity strengthens my heart
and reduces coronary heart disease risk factor.

How will each of the activities maintain your body organs


healthy?
It improves work out efficiency. Improve blood flow. Lower cholesterol
and blood pressure.
