1. In an infrared tracking measurement system, using inter-image

subtraction and position detection method to achieve the goal of automatic
capture, using centroid tracking, correlation tracking and edge tracking related
goals of automatic tracking, the test of this method with good results in actual
use, which provide technical reference for the development and use of
infrared tracking measurement system.

2. The proposed system entitled "Analysis and Design of GPS based Target
tracking system and Radar Target data" will help the pilot, test engineers and
radar evaluation team in real time and during offline by means of analysing the
path of the target aircraft and HACK aircraft in desired map and will provide
navigation specific parameters such as latitude, longitude, altitude, speed,
range etc. The system will save the target information during flight. The system
will work in both online and offline mode. In this system the data is received
from two independent systems

(i) GTTS: Target information is received from the data modem and

(ii) RADAR: Target information tracked by the RADAR available on MIL-STD-

1553Bus.
(iii) Using GTTS and RADAR data, the flight position of the targets is
calculated and the path of the flight is shown on the map. This system also
provides different zoom in and zoom out features for different map selection.

Description: A method of background subtraction on moving objects (vehicles)

detection and detecting the RFID tags sensitivity is proposed in the paper. It is
successfully that different frames are being calculated. When different traffic
monitoring videos are put it into the program, the vehicles on both traffic
violate simulation model and real road condition that can be detected.

1. Typical functional diagrams and operation algorithms of tracking system

of Tracking radar of antiaircraft missile armament with digital processing of
error signal are considered. It's showed that independent of the measurable
parameters of radio signal all tracking systems have a similar structure. The
leading place of digital filter in the performance of defined target movement
model by tracking system is based. The state matrix equations for target
movement model used in tracking system of tracking radar of antiaircraft
missile armament are obtained. The ways of further research for improvement
of target tracking accuracy are defined.

2. Real-time eye detection is important for many HCI applications,
including eye gaze tracking, auto stereoscopic displays, video conferencing,
face detection, and recognition. Currently, the eye gaze tracking systems are
usually implemented on general purpose processors. As eye gaze tracking
algorithms move from research labs to the real world, power consumption and
cost become critical issues. This motivates searching for implementations using
a digital signal processor (DSP). Our goal in this paper is to explore the
feasibility of implementing DSP-based eye gaze tracking systems. To achieve
this goal, we implement a fully automatic

eye gaze tracking system on Texas Instruments' TMS320DM642 DSP, profile

performance, and analyse opportunities for optimization. Our experiments
demonstrate that well-optimized eye gaze tracking implementations on DSP
can

be an effective choice for embedded eye gaze tracking products. Published in:

3. This paper presents solution for autonomous tracking controller that

tracks apparent position of the Sun on the celestial sphere. The device is
designed and adapted to photovoltaic systems with wide range of power
output. Applied the authorial tracking algorithm, which uses DSP processor to
data processing from GPS and RTC module, accelerometer, gyroscope and
magnetometer allowed to develop autonomous control device for tracking
system. The presented solution automatically determines the angle inclination
of photovoltaic surface in relation to direction of incidence solar radiation and
resolution of step tracking system depending on weather conditions, time of
day and latitude. The device does not require any interference by the user, it is
fully autonomous. Obtained

optimization of parameters the tracking system ensures an increase in power

output by 2.1-9.3% in comparison to analogical solutions. Published in: 2018
