it is new for me and first time in my life. The organization should facilities and engage
with all employees create good relation with workers.
The benefits of working here far outweigh the monetary rewards we receive.
Management provides constructive criticism when appropriate and praise when
appropriate. I receive more positive feedback and recognition here than anywhere else
in my life. My confidence level has increased significantly.

Awareness:
One of the benefits of experience is the opportunity to examine jobs, working

discovered that I liked the job or some aspect of the workplace. Anyway, I have a
better idea of what I want when looking for a full-time or other professional position.
Time management skills:
To be an effective and successful employee, I need to be able to manage my time
effectively. Many people have School or University experience. In the workplace,
however, it can be different, more work needs to be done, and usually more
unexpected changes throughout the day. I learned new ways to manage your time
better. "I've learned two important things: Don't walk into your boss's office without
a pen and paper, and your boss usually has a boss.

Does Internship Influence My Future Career Plans?

On a personal level, I think my confidence has increased because I have mastered

some of the skills I need for this job and I have become more comfortable talking to
different types of people. At first, I was hesitant to share what I thought about a
situation because I did not know if my thoughts were correct, but during my internship,
I became more interested in acting and speaking. The experience has these
implications for my future career plans.

Gain work experience & transferable skills:

Through the internship, I gained work experience and knowledge. This will be very
useful for me in the future. This experience makes me more comfortable; I think I can
handle more responsibility while requiring less practice. In addition to specific skills
in my field, all jobs require transferable skills.

Be able to experience a prospective career path:

Research is an important part of the academic process and gaining work experience is
a great way for me to familiarize myself with the field I want to study. By
experimenting, I believe that the experience I gained is right for me.

Develop skills:

Learning new skills in an internship can help in future employment opportunities and
make you a competitive candidate in future application processes.

Gain practical experience by applying methods & theories:

I learned best with my hands. I was able to see and use what I learned during my
internship whether it is a marketing development meeting or a consulting session.

Gain confidence in your abilities:

Improve performance. If you have learned a certain technique in the classroom, you
can try it in the business world. Later, you will be more equipped with techniques. Its
ability. It is very important for student and possible with practical work and student
should learn from different works and communicate with seniors for improve

38
VISION

Internship Activities Related to Class Room knowledge:

Yes, the externship conditioning related with my classroom knowledge because the
plant was entirely analogous to the classroom knowledge that I have gained from
recent weeks.

The format or procedure espoused there was the same I have learned from my
preceptors in my classroom. In my externship period, I learned how to register the
enterprises? How they get class? What are the Visa Recommendatory processes? The
guiding from my class preceptors helped throughout my externship period and was
inversely perceptible for my success in this period.

5. CONCLUSION:
In review, this externship has been an excellent and satisfying expertise. I have been
suitable to chance with so numerous people that I am sure will be suitable to help me
with openings in the future. In the light of organizational analysis, during my
externship I completed the association befitting their stylish. They are succeeding their
charge, vision statement, objects and pretensions. They are not only making the profit
and securing the future of the company but they're also sharing in the foreign earnings.

After the completion of the externship in Vision Industry private limited I conclude
that the overall performance of the Vision Industry is veritably well and the Profit of
the company increases every time due to increase in trade and drop in cost of product.
The main reason due to which the cost of the company decreases every time is that
company move towards robotization, which reduces the labor bring up to 65. The CEO
ambitious mechanical mastermind has the full interest to borrow the robotization and
vary hard worker and educated person. Vision Industry is ISO and FIFA certified
company give better quality products in all over the world, the football of the Vision
Industry use in the world mug of the football and presently all the product for the
world mug according to the demand of the Adidas. Vision Industry give numerous
impulses to the workers like Free Transport installation, Medical allowances, Meal
allowances, Gratuity fund, lagniappes and Interest free credit. Vision Industry is the
first one in the Sialkot, which produce the largest football product and it the first one,
which has the Thermo- Molded Machine, which produce the football without suturing.
Vision Industry are the spare system association and hand has the special training of

39
VISION

spare system from Japan. Vision overall position is better but it requires some
advancements in the HRM department, product department and the exports
department. I hope that the future of the Vision Industry is veritably bright and its
performance will be bettered every time.

They are furnishing stylish quality product and with good character in the request,
they can contend their challengers. The quality should not be compromised at any cost
and payment system to the seller should be as per agreed means there must be no
detention in the payment to the merchandisers. They have long- term plans. The
director of Vision is veritably hardworking, they are not only making their present
secure but also doing sweats to bright up their future. Vision have strong chain of
command on all over the establishment's operations collaboration of all departments
results in splendid products. Working of all departments is perceptible on individual
situations. Groups and peers make their work lightly by creating a healthy terrain. The
advanced operation is relatively satisfied with this but there is always need to
ameliorate. Some of the workers on lower position are not important good but they are
professed and attached with Vision. They know the tools and ways of their work; they
are like moxie in their applicable fields. It was also observed that distribution of
workload was no proper. Some workers aren't satisfied and they set up complains
regarding the access of work while some are veritably comforting and saying they've
not important to do.

5.1 A SUMMARY OF KEY CONCLUSIONS DERIVED FROM THE

INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE.
The duration of my internship is almost 40 days. The skills I improve from internship
the communication and grip of MS word. The work is simple and collection vouchers
and open market vouchers

Know about the organization culture that how it works in the industry. Thousands
people works in this industry and equal for CEO and industry give benefit.

My experience is very good with industry and communication skills improve in this
duration and make reference with seniors officers.

Practical work learn more thing rather than bookish things. The student should
improve skills and compete with other students.

40
VISION

5.2 GENERAL OBSERVATIONS ABOUT THE SECTOR IN WHICH YOU

ARE INTERNSHIP COMPANY/INSTITUTION OPERATES.
The sector of industry is Football. The Vision technologies is biggest exporter and
manufacture of Football also volleyballs. The industry worked with foreign importers.
The industry gives best to customers and facilitate to workers. The international league
also use Vision footballs because the industry work with hard. Vision industry most
work on customer dealing and production because both depend on the business.

5.3 SWOT ANALYSIS:

SWOT analysis is a strategic planning system used to estimate the Strengths, sins,
openings, and pitfalls involved in a design or in a business adventure. It involves
specifying the ideal of the business adventure or design and relating the internal and
external factors that are admiring and inimical to achieve that ideal. The fashion is
credited to Albert Humphrey. In array to hold the in depth view of Vision Industry we
must do a geek Analysis.

STRENGTHS:

Vision sports goods Assiduity is well- known and established manufacturing reality
honored by its quality products with a large variety. By reviewing their strengths, I
dissect their" Product" as the biggest power they've with" Leading sports" on a" Large
Scale of product" controlled by" Strong operation"," moxie"," good Staff".

Vision as a" client grounded" association has a" Strong request Position" with a
number of" Deals Channels" not only in Pakistan but also on transnational position.

Vision is a" Fasting Growing" association with" Sound Financial coffers","

Technological Chops" and a crucial factor known as" client's fidelity".

WEAKNESSES:

Weaknesses are those internal rudiments, which beget to a insufficiency in all kinds
of operations including product, planning, organizing, working and running of a
business.

All the associations must have the weakness with the internal strength of the
association, occasionally it happens that a factor, which is considered strength may
also, falls in the order of a weakness. Likewise, in Vision, I set up its" fiscal coffers","

41
VISION

staff" and" request position" as a weakness with the reality of strength. Because there
is always a possibility to drop in fiscal coffers, which may results in inconsistent,
request position. Vision haven't arranged" training programs for the workers" to
produce an mindfulness about the rearmost trends, business rules, current programs so
it's also an internal weakness of the Vision to" loose the crucial staff", who have a
strong hold or grip on the association in all departments.

OPPORTUNITIES

The term occasion is generally used to have a chance to get a benefit for the association
from external terrain. Openings bring the positive change, which are the most salutary
and valued for the establishment.

Vision also have the external openings to mileage for their betterment and fast growth.
They've the occasion to" expand" their business by serving the" finances" from the
different fiscal institutes, by" acquiring" the other enterprises and by having the"
merchandisers" who are willing to invest their capital. The topmost occasion for the
establishment is to" sale" out its own product through" new distribution channels"
with" low particular levies".

THRESTS

External pitfalls make an establishment weak in decision timber process. Its utmost
parlous to make decision in uncertain and threatening terrain. Pitfalls are most
dangerous for business indeed occasionally enterprises came to shut down conditions
due to these pitfalls.

Vision assiduity is also facing so numerous external pitfalls. In Pakistan it's much
harder to establish a strong business reality in such a" shifting frugality". Inconsistent
frugality makes the request so parlous for investment so it's also a hard task to mileage"
external source of finance".

“Negative cash inflow" is also a trouble for the business which results in low quantum
of liquid means." New technologies" with day-to-day changes are not easy to acquire
and apply. As moment the world is so fast and more competitive so the trouble of"
further competition" is also faced by the Vision and this completion can make the
volume of deals lower and" low deals volume" means" low profit".

42
VISION

Political insecurity results in new" governmental regulations and programs" in trade

are also hanging. It can also give a possibility to" close a geographic request". The
most biggest and recent trouble is" power force". A manufacturing establishment,
which has a number of ministry and shops, can be poorly affected by this trouble.

6 RECOMMENDATION:
Vision Industry Limited has stylish quality in the sports goods and garments in request.

Following are the recommendations keeping in view the critical and SWOT analyses
of the association.

 Vision Company has to increase their strength and overcome the internal sins
by taking proper and suitable measures.
 Vision should be more competitive and strong to be the leader in request.
 Vision should take the openings prevailing in external terrain to get the good
results.
 Vision have to cover itself from external trouble like inconsistent profitable
condition and new technology.
 Vision should keep the charge and vision statement in view while planning,
making strategies and taking opinions.
 There must be job gyration. One thing I noticed that if one officer is working
in tufted department, he has been doing it from launch of his job. There must
be job gyration department wise.
 There must be performance grounded price system. Payment and prices must
be on performance base.
 There must be endless job for workers, because it creates fidelity and sense of
belongingness in workers. This thing cannot possible in contract base job.
 There must be some recreating conditioning for workers for refreshment.
 The top operation should bring changes in the system of all the branches.
 Vision should use its own brand name.
 Vision should not depend upon only many client sit should find other sports
guests.

43
VISION

 Vision should concentrate on its product department for adding product

effectiveness.
 Vision should increase the hires of its workers.
 Vision should ameliorate the performance of HRM department.
 Vision should make the arrangement of further creators due the electricity
problem

7 SUGGESTION FOR FUTURE INTERNEE

Internship complete in 6 weeks and I learnt very widely in duration. Some suggestion
for future internee following there.

 Do not be scary to ask question and ask a lot of them. This might be the stylish
piece of advice interns can take heading into any externship and one interns
need to keep with them all times. Interns take stress the significance. Interns
should be open willing and ready to learn. In meaningful figures, interns alert
unborn interns to be curious, be open to literacy and picking up chops indeed
if they are not in your fields of moxie, try to gain a breadth of knowledge and
pick up perceptivity and be ready to learn and soak up a lot of information.
 To take action and take control of your literacy experience. It is important that
interns make the most of their guests and understand that they get out what
they put in.
 Interns recommend to make sure that you use all the openings and chances to
learn what you can over the course of your externship, and if you have free
time, take advantage of it by setting up calls or asking your platoon if they
need help with anything indeed if they do not need help, they'll appreciate it
and flash back you for your tenacity
 Be yourself was another everyday work of advice, and one that should
hopefully put a lot of coming interns at ease. This piece of advice holds true
for the interview process as well as for the internship itself. One intern says
trust yourself enough to be who you are during the interview.
 Always leave an organization better than when you came. Be unforgettable
and make a lasting contribution that people will company with your name.

44
VISION

 It is important to meet as multiple people as you can. This includes people in

other departments, dealers, and more. Make a special trouble to meet alums
from your academy who nowadays work for the association.
 Internships are temporary positions and go in swift. You will probably lose
access to your emails and files when you leave make sure the organizational
knowledge and progress are not lost when this happens by assuring this
information is transferred to endless workers or incoming interns.
