LEASE AGREEMENT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

The LEASE AGREEMENT is made and executed by and between

Elinor Garcia, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with postal address at 32B Embassy Garden Homes,
Diliman, Quezon City, referred to as the LESSOR
and
Elena Sunga, also of legal age, Filipino, and resident of 1711 South, Flair Towers, Reliance St., Brgy.
Highwayhills, Mandaluyong City referred to as the LESSEE .

Below are the following terms and conditions:

1. PERIOD OF LEASE. The lease shall be for a period of TWELVE (12) months commencing on December 1,
2020 to November 30, 2021 form the use of Parking Slot 721 Basement 3 South in Flair Towers
Condominium, renewable upon agreement of both parties.

2. CONSIDERATION. The monthly rental shall be FIVE THOUSAND FIVE PESOS ONLY (Php 5,000) inclusive
of dues, insurance and taxes if any.

3. POST DATED CHEQUES. The Lessee shall deposit the amount of Php 5,000 each from January 1, 2021 to
November 1, 2021 to the Lessor’s designated bank acount.

4. PAYMENT. Upon signing of the agreement, the LESEE shall pay the LESSOR Php 5,000 cash to represent
the lease for ONE (1) month advance payment. The Security Deposit which has been given on the initial
contract will be returned with no interest upon the fulfillment of this contract and surrender of Proximity
Card.

5. USE OF PREMISES. The parking slot shall be solely used for car parking only and shall be kept clean at all
times.

6. CAR STICKER & PROXIMITY CARD. LESSEE shall secure his sticker and access pass from the LESSOR and
shall surrender the same at the end of the lease.

7. ITEMS LEFT IN VEHICLES. LESSOR shall not be responsible for damage or loss of possessions or items left
in LESSEE's vehicle.

8. DAMAGE TO VEHICLES. LESSOR shall not be responsible for damage to LESSEE's vehicle, whether or not
such damage is caused by other vehicle(s) or person(s) in the parking lot and surrounding area.

9. DAMAGES AND LOSS OF EQUIPMENT. LESSEE is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal
wear and tear to the parking facilities. LESSEE is also to be held responsible for replacement of any lost,
stolen, or damaged parking facility related equipment lent to the LESSEE by the LESSOR.
