JOB OBJECTIVE

Performs full recruitment cycle of the manpower requirements for branch operations level and
ensures that all headcount requirement by the account assigned to her are met on time. Provides
timely and accurate feedback to the hiring units.

Key Result Area 1 – Account Management

 Ensures on-time fulfillment of headcount requirements of the


accounts/ assigned.
 Works with the branch in identifying hiring qualifications through a
cross-collaboration with the hiring manager.
 Administers battery test to applicants for branch personnel and
student practicum.
 Interprets test results and prepares applicant’s test profile To achieve 80% SLA
 Conducts interview to applicants & facilitates processing of pre-
employment requirements.
 Endorses job contractor employees.
 Prepares training agreement to new hires.
 Updates & maintain job boards
 Attends job fair, local hiring and career caravan.

Key Result Area 3 – Report Management

 Provides timely and accurate feedback to the hiring manager


on the status of manpower request. Submission of MRF notices
every end of the week
 Prepares MRF Status on a semi-monthly period and presents
these reports to the Recruitment Officer.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education Graduate of BS Psychology or any related courses
Experience Preferably with experience in Recruitment & Selection.
