JOB OBJECTIVE
The HR business partner leads and manages the people management initiatives of an assigned Max’s
business unit or subsidiary. The position also implements the corporate policies and programs to the
client to ensure business-hr alignment.

Key Result Area 1 – Account Management

 Provide a high level advisory service to line managers and


employees regarding HR-related matters
 Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers
in the business unit
 Overall in charge of implementation of HR policies and programs in  SLA
the assigned business unit  HR Statistics
 Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client
 Coordinates and monitors service levels of HR centers of expertise
to the assigned business unit
 Works with line owners and leaders in planning, developing,
implementing and evaluating HR programs and policies

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education Graduate of a four-year course preferably in behavioral science, psychology or
economics course
Experience  Relevant experience in HR systems and processes
 Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the
entire HR lifecycle
 Thorough understanding of management trade unions, key legal compliance,
safety and other regulatory issues involved in key HR processes
 Knows key issues to look out for and when to get expertise teams involved
 Ideally has had experience of HR service centre environment and/or expertise
teams as well as hands-on HR management experience in the business
