This is to certify that the undersigned did at the request of M/s. Kanakbhuvan Industries LLP attend the Kanakbhuvan
Industries LLP (Office) On 27/09/2022 and subsequent date(s) in order to carry out the scope of services described
below.

1.0 Scope of activity :-

1.1 Raw Materials identified for Offred Qty. of plates as mentioned in Annexure-A
1.2 Visual, Dimension, UT & PMI inspection
1.3 Review MTC for plates
1.4 Review Instrument Calibration Certificates used for Inspection
2.0 Details and results of inspection and test: -

1. 100% Visual inspection were witnessed for surface defects like Pitting, Rusted, Undercut and any
other manufacturing defect etc. and inspected plates are free from any injurious surface defects
and found Satisfactory.
2. Dimensional inspection carried out as per relevant standard i.e. O/D, length etc. and all
dimensions are found within tolerance limits and found acceptable
3. Ultrasonic test is carried out as per UT Procedure for Round Bar and result found within the
Acceptable limits and tolerances.
4. Round Bar inspected PMI as per standards / specification and found within tolerance limit as per
standard requirement

5. Inspected Bar have been double hard punched " “for identification purpose. For all offered Bar,
samples (01 Sample / Heat / Size) were hard stamped for Lab check testing from NABL Lab and
lab test reports for the same are awaited. (Photo Attached for reference)

Above Inspection/Witnessed activities for offered qty of Samples as mentioned in witnessed report,
were carried out as per QAP & Standard Specification. Results found acceptable. Reviewed
documents found in order.
