What presence does it leave behind?


Does it serve the soul?

Does your appreciation or process change upon its return?


MOVING MEDITATION

BEND YOUR BODY WITHOUT FORCE FOR FIVE MINUTES.


WHERE DO THE KINKS SIT?

Repeat for a day.


A month.
A year.

Can you learn to soften somewhere?


Tell people about it through emotion or compassion.
HOW LONG IS AN HOUR?

Stand at the ocean’s edge. Feel her breathing.


Stand under a tree. Watch the shadows melt.
Stand under the clouds. Watch the sky.

Make shapes as the landscapes change.


SILENCE

Don’t speak for the first hour upon waking.

Watch where the heart goes. How the soul speaks silently.

Document your experience.

Repeat daily if required.


ENERGY TRANSFERENCE

Find a consensual other.


Touch without touching.

Have lunch or tea together afterwards.


SOUL REPAIR KIT

Fill in the blanks and repeat until the soul feels safe.
SHIFT THE MIND FROM THE BODY

THE MOON AS A MARKER

Watch the moon each night.


Draw a map to note her changes.

Scream when the moon is full.


Put the scream in a jar and leave it outside.

Turn off technology for an hour.

Have a conversation with yourself.


Document the transcript.

Repeat ritualistically.
