ORDER OF DISSOLUTION

WHEREAS, the Luacan Farmers Multipurpose Cooperative, Inc., with

officialaddress at Luacan, Dinalupihan, Bataan, a registered cooperative
organization pursuant to the provisions of RA 9520 under Certificate of
Registration No. 9520-03010394 dated 3/ 19/2010.
WHEREAS,
committed the following:
this cooperative after due hearing have been found to have

a. failure to file the required reports in accordance with Article 53,

RA 9520 and/or
b. failure to carry on its business for a period of two(2) consecutive
years (Art. 68, RA 9520)
WHEREAS, this/these violation/s constitute /s ground/s for dissolution
(MC 2012-21, Chapter 1, Sec. 7,B).

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the powers and duties vested in

me, | hereby
order the dissolution of the Luacan Farmers Multipurpose Cooperative, Inc.,
under Registration No. 9520-03010394 dated 3/19/2010.
