    With your significant contribution(s) of being part of a group, how did it contribute to your
    personal growth and development?
    Student’s Answer:

    It makes me to become more productive. Engaging someone in a group work will make a person to
    develop that instinct. For me, I don’t like groupworks that much when I was high school because they
    don’t respect or acknowledge my opinions and it really hurts my feelings but the more, I experience group
    work. But I was able to become a better person by making me more sociable rather than introvert.

    In conclusion, being part of a group can develop your persona and development. You become more aware
    about your instinct and you will be able to express your opinions. Plus it develops your communiation
    skills.
