INDICATORS MOVs
Given outright to employees commended by clients for
their courtesy, promptness, efficiency and dedication to
duty.
*Exemplary Behavior Award

Based on the eight norms of conduct as provided under RA
6713 (Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards) The
awardee will be automatically nominated by the agency
PRAISE Committee to the Dangal ng Bayan Award.
*Service Award
INDICATORS MOVs
Conferred on retirees whether under optional or
compulsory retirement schemes held during a fitting
ceremony on or before the date of their retirement.

INDICATORS MOVs
Employees with 100% attendance: 10 points 1. Attendance is defined as being present for
Employees with 95%-99% attendance: 9 points work on all working days for that Employee
Employees with 90%-94% attendance: 8 points except annual leave, maternity leave of 60
days and paternity leave of 5 days leave and
child circumcision leave.
2. To qualify for any performance award, the
Employee must attain at least 90%
attendance during the year.
