You can report the misbehavior by a company to the Commission by a dedicated email address or the
e-leniency tool. These 2 ways of reporting ensure that the precise time and date of the contact is
duly recorded, and that the information is treated with the utmost confidentiality within the
Commission. Due to confidential status of leniency applications, companies are requested not to
send application to the Commission by any other channel.
