Commissioning Manager

Location: Libya Duration: 12 months renewable

Employment status: Full-time Start Date: ASAP

Job description:

Main tasks:
• Managing the preparation, technical definition,
organization and implementation of the commissioning
and transfer to Operations activities, including all
required specifications, plans, programs, procedures,
etc.;
• Providing overall direction in the planning,
organizing, management and control of commissioning
activities;
• Participating to the development and implementation of
the H3SE culture among the Project;
• Maintaining open relationships with, and early
involvement of, Construction group and Operations
personnel to ensure smooth and timely handover of
facilities to Operations, as per project
specifications;
• Defining the appropriate organization and identifying
and managing the Commissioning group;
• Supporting the planning team and Contractors in
scheduling, organizing and reporting commissioning
activities in order to meet project schedule, identify
slippages and implement required solutions;

Qualifications:
• Strong skills in Management, Organization and Coordination,
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) and
negotiation skills,
• Result-driven, with analytical approach and an aptitude for
taking initiatives and making decisions,
• Competency in multi-disciplinary commissioning management
with in-depth understanding of the project
• objectives in order to make the relevant technical
arbitration,
• Methodic, organized and pro-active, with ability to support
Field Operations group in organization, preparation
• and performance of Start-Up,
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural
teams,
• Proven track record of result deliveries in challenging
project environments
