THIS AGREEMENT made this the Tenth day of November Two Thousand and Twenty

BEWTEEN BAYFISH LTD whose address is 34 Caramel drive Kingston Jamaica

(hereinafter called the employer’) and TRAVIS GENE of 32 maryamount, St. James

(hereinafter called the employees) of the parts---------------------------------------------------------

WHEREAS----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I. The Employer in desirous of employing the employee Travis Gene

II. The Employee has experienced in the areas of expertise desired by the employer

BAYFISH LTD----------------------------------------------------------------------------

THIS CONTRACTS BEGINS on the SIXTEENTH Day of November Two thousand and

Twenty

1. The Employee is employed as an Executive Assistant to the vice president

administration

2. The salary is one hundred and fifteen thousand dollars per month to be paid by cheque

in arrears of the Twenty-fifth of each month subject to statutory deductions.------------

3. Employees will be required to work weekdays Mondays to Fridays From 9am to 5pm

daily with one hour lunch break--------------------------------------------------------------

4. Vacation of TWO weeks per year will accrue and will be taken as directed by the

employer having regard to the exigencies of the operation of the organization-----------

5. The employees is entitled to ten days paid sick leave per year provided that after the

third consecutive sick day the Employee produces the employer a valid medical

certificate indicating a doctor’s opinion that the employee should not work is

incapable of carrying out the employee’s particular functions------------------------------

6. Compassionate leave will be considered on a case by the case basis-----------------------

7. Special requests for other days off must be in writing addressed to the Director and

submitted at least one week in advance of the particular day requested-------------------

8. The employment contemplated under this agreement is PENSIONABLE---------------

The Employer shall register the Employee with the National Insurance Board and

make the legally required deductions from the employee’s wages for making the

payments of National Insurance contribution for and on behalf of the employee

The employee shall be eligible for registration in the BAYFISH Ltd Group Health

Plan managed by GLOBAL LIFE---------------------------------------------------------------

9. This agreement is effective from the SIXTEENTH of November-------------------------

There will be a probationary period of THREE months and the employer may

terminate this agreement during that period if the Employee for WHATEVER reason

fails to meet Employer’s expectation--------------------------------------------------------

10. Either party may terminate this Contract giving the other ONE month’s notice of

intention to terminate-------------------------------------------------------------------------

11. Each of the following actions taken by the Employee independent of the others is

agreed to because for immediate dismissal of the Employee---------------------------

a) Negligence or irresponsibility while on the job

b) Theft of property or irresponsibility while on the job

c) Unauthorized divulgence of the Employer’s confidential information

12. The Employee acknowledgement receipt of the Staff manual and the code of conduct
issued by the Employer
