IPOPHL MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR No. 2022 - 023

SUBJECT: IPOPHL OCTOBER-NOVEMBER 2022 HOLIDAYS

In accordance with Presidential Proclamations, the public is advised that our offices will be closed in
observance of the following holidays:

• 31 October 2022 - Special Non-Working Day (Proclamation No. 79, S. 2022)

• 01 November 2022 - Special Non-Working Day (Proclamation No. 1236, S. 2021)
• 30 November 2022 - Regular Holiday (Proclamation No. 1236, S. 2021)

With the full capability of the IP Portal to accept online filing and payments, all filings, submissions,
and payments shall be done online through IPOPHL's online portal
(https:/Iwww.ipophil.gov.ph/online-filingl). However, for payments of One Hundred Thousand Pesos
(Php 100,000.00) and above per transaction and/or voluminous applications as defined in IPOPHL
MC No. 2020-013 due on the above dates may be filed on-site on November 02, 2022 (for Oct. 31-
Nov. 01, 2022 due dates) and on December 01, 2022 (for Nov. 30, 2022 due date) and shall be
considered as having been filed on their due date.
