Secondly, social media directly and indirectly makes us rely on others for our happiness.

The usage of social media makes us easily trapped in the mentality of seeking approval
from others.

To say it in another way, we should enjoy the vacation we had planned because it is
enthralling and a form of stress reliever, instead of the number of likes we get on
Instagram.

One can see that people get accustomed to receiving attention when there is an excessive
use of social media. It has become a sort of addiction to most people, especially among the
young.

I’m halfly disagree about the second point that said social media directly and indirectly
make us rely on others for our happiness. This is because social media also a platform that
can help people boost their confident and make their life more happier. In social media,
they can express their opinion and feelings without boundaries. As example, Elon Musk, the
richest person in the world have purchased twitter for 44 billion just to make this
application as platform that can express their idea and opinion without any restriction. So,
without any boundaries, they can express all of their burden that they can’t express in their
real life. In conlusion, they will feel more relax and can be one of therapy that can treat
mental health on this judgemental day.

I’m agree through all the point on the article.but I one to highlight the point that attract my
attention which is on the third point. Its obligation for all people on nowadays have social
media.but for a time we must take a break from social media because the social media is
an addicted thing. According to the research, when we play to many social media, our body
will secrete excessive dopamine hormone ..For information dopamine is a happy
hormone. so if the dopamine hormone excess more than usual,it will effect our mental
health skizofrenia and bipolar disorder. So,we must read more book as the treatment as we
read more book.
