POWER OF ATTORNEY

Be it known to all men by these presents that I, Pankaj Gehlot S/o Shree Ramesh Gehlot aged 45 years and holder of
Indian Passport No, Z3366182 issued at Singapore, dated, 05 Oct 2015, presently residing at 108B McNair Road, Unit
30-200, Singapore hereinafter called the executant do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my father Shree
Ramesh Gehlot aged 67 years, ( PAN#AOSPG7473D) and having a permanent address at 137 Chetak Marg Near
SBBJ, Udaipur (Raj.) 313001, India as my lawful attorney in my name and on my behalf to do the following acts,
deeds, and things lawfully.

I am the owner of Plot No. 157 Area 2730 Sq. ft. Araji No. 679 to 683, 684 p, 685 p 686 p 688 p 689, 690 p,
692, 693 p, 694 to 697, 876 to 879 , 880, 884, 885 , 886, 887 to 892, 916, 917, 918, 919, 920 to 924, 925 927 p , 928
to 935 , 3367/880, 3399/886 situated at Jai Shree I , Titardi, Udaipur (Raj.) 313 001 India. Currently I have been
living in Singapore and I will not be able to travel to India to attend/appear before any authority/office/institution and
submit/sign any deed /paper/documents, so I am executing this Power of Attorney and hereby empowering My father,
Shree Ramesh Gehlot ( PAN#AOSPG7473D) to be my legal representative in all places/office. He is full authorized
to do any or all the following.

1. To represent me to deal with all the matters regarding the said property in all the offices and
other concerned authorities in all respects.
2. To represent me in front of Registrar, Tehsildar, etc. for the sale of the above-mentioned property.
3. To submit the original deeds, prior deeds and other relevant documents or records before the
concerned Sub-Registrar office for the sale of the above said property.
4. To execute any agreement to sale, sale deed, rent deed, division deed, exchange deed, transfer
deed appropriately for the said property and receive money on behalf of me and give a receipt for the
same.
5. To handover possession of the said property to the purchaser and also mutate the same in the
name of the purchaser in all the offices/records concerned.
6. To receive sale consideration/money/cheque on my behalf.
7. To purchase necessary stamps, and take all sorts of permissions, NOCs etc. if required so.
8. To proceed of all the court proceedings from lower court to higher court to higher
jurisdiction, file any kinds of application in any department that includes police, affidavits, plaints,
complaints, suits, revisions, reviews, writes appeals on behalf of me, related to the said property when
my attorney deems it fit for me.
9. To compromise and compound of all the court case dispute regarding the sale of the above –
mentioned property.
10. To obtain the latest tax receipt, possession certificate, location certificate, and the none-cumbrance
certificate, and the non-encumbrance certificate from the concerned offices and to submit before the
concerned Sub Registrar office for verification and to hand over the same to the purchaser of purchasers.
11. To appoint any advocate, Pleader, and other Legal practitioners when my said attorney deeds
it fit.
12. To manage the above said property in all respects for and on behalf of me and generally to do any lawful
acts/deeds on behalf of me to execute selling of the above said property.
14. Generally to do all lawful acts, deeds, and thins which are not specifically mentioned in this
deed but are deemed to be fit and necessary by my said attorney relating to my property /land.

And I, The executants, do hereby specifically mentioned that the lawful acts, deeds and things done or
got to be done by my said attorney, by virtue of this general power of attorney, in respect of my property/land be
construed as acts, deeds and things done by me. In witnesses whereof, I the executants have put my hand by these
presents in the presence of the following witnesses, on this day of …………….. at Singapore.
