• Issue - Produced water contains H2S without a proper removal facilities (H2S Scavenger & Scrubber) prior to flowing into the Test Separator (H2S Measurement)

• Benefit - Cost-efficient, pro-long well longevity, maximize recovery, etc.,

3 Producing Well Integrity

• Issue - Prompt for localized corrosion ( Sulphide Stress Cracking, Others?)

• Impact - Multiple tubing leaks, others?

• Threat - Well Shut off for well maintenance lead to high cost

• Remedial Action Plan - Inspection on seal, choke, cost efficient chemical inhibitor?

• Benefit - minimize corrosion, less intervention, minimize unplanned deferment

4 Pipeline Integrity Assessment

• Issue - Signs of surface defect, corrosion and multiple leaks, unsuitable material in place to cater H2S

• Impact - Potential hydrocarbon release to surface when system is pressurized

• Threat - Platform process shutdown or ESD

• Remedial Action Plan - Perform pipeline integrity test (UT, Xray, PT), replace gasket if joint leak and do pressure leak test

• Benefit - Pro-long production uptime

5 Facilities Handling Limit

• Issue - Handling of H2S issue, equipment reliability, preventive maintenance inplace (frequency), process and rotating equipment

• Impact - Personnel evacuation, equipment breakdown and process upset

• Remedial Action Plan - Hydrogen Sulfide Removal (H2S Scavenger and Scrubber)/Laboratory Analysis Report/ Improve Process P&ID/ Improve SOP to BOL H2S producing well with Bean-up procedure etc.,)

• Benefit - Pro-long equipment efficiency
