PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

I, GERRY R. FRANCISCO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident

of Brgy Pook, Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines, after having been sworn to
in accordance with law, being fully aware and conscious that I am
answering the questions in this Judicial Affidavit under oath and I
may face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury, I hereby
answer the following questions, propounded by Atty. Rio Rina B.
Aborka at LEONIDA, IBARDOLAZA, SARCENO and Associates Law
and Notarial Office Acevedo St., Kalibo, Aklan. This Judicial
Affidavit is intended as my direct testimony in the case.

OFFER OF TESTIMONY

The testimony of the witness is being offered to prove that he

has personal knowledge of the sale between his siblings, Jessie
Auxilio, Juvilyn Beyaban, Emee Atencia, and Emma Fernandez,
that he is already possessing his 72 square meters share, and that
he will identify all the documents attached to the complaint that he
was signatory.
