LEARNING TASK 1:

When faced with difficult problem, how will you manage it?

When faced with a difficult problem, I will use responsible decision-making skills. I do
believe that every problem has a solution, and it all depends on the choices that we make in
life. If we choose to have better choices or decisions, we will live a stress-free life.

LEARNING TASK 2:
1. Why is it important to find solutions for stress?

Stress, as for me, is very dangerous. It can lead to depression if left unattended and
there are some cases where this depression unfortunately leads to death, and I think that is the
reason why it is crucial to find solutions to stress.

2. What might happen if you do not manage it?

As I’ve mentioned above, stress can sometimes lead to depression which in some
instances causes death. We do not want this to happen that’s why it is essential for us to
manage stress.

LEARNING TASK 3:
A. List down the different ways to manage stress.
1. Use responsible decision-making skills
2. Rest, relax, and sleep well

B. Explain the importance of grieving.

Grieving is important, according to the University of Washington, because it allows us

to 'free-up' energy that is bound to the lost person, object, or experience or simply to stress,
allowing us to re-invest that energy elsewhere. We are unlikely to be able to reinvest until we
have grieved effectively; a part of us is still bound to the past.
