DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

Filipino Citizen with postal address at Blk. 15 Lot 5 Colossians St. Adelina 1, Brgy. San
Antonio,City of San Pedro, Laguna. hereinafter referred to as the DONORS;

LEIDIJANE P. MARTINEZ single, of legal age, Filipino Citizen with postal
address at Blk. 15 Lot 5 Colossians St. Adelina 1, Brgy. San Antonio,City of San Pedro,
Laguna , hereinafter called the DONEE/S
W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the DONOR is the registered owner of ONE (1) parcel of

land ,including improvements found thereon situated at the Brgy. Banay- Banay
Cabuyao Laguna with an area of 80 Sq. m more particularly described as follows:

That the DONEE, is the CHILDREN of the DONOR/S.

 That for and in consideration of love and affection which the DONOR have for
the DONEE, the said DONOR by these presents transfer and convey by way of
DONATION, unto said DONEE, her heirs and assigns, EIGHTY (80) SQUARE
METERS out of the above described real property free from all liens and
encumbraces.
That the DONEE do hereby accept this donation of the above described real
property, and does hereby expree their gratitude fot the kindness and liberality
of the DONOR;
