1. Felonies
Are acts and omissions punishable under the RPC

2. Two ways of committing felonies:


Felonies are committed by means of deceit (dolo) or by means of fault (culpa).
Elements of Felonies:
a. There must be an act or omission;
b. The act or omission must be punishable by the RPC;
c. The act is performed or the omission incurred by means of dolo or culpa; and
d. The act or omission must have been done voluntarily.

3. Kinds of Felonies
1. Intentional Felonies or felonies committed with malice or deliberate intent;
2. Culpable Felonies or felonies committed as a result of imprudence, negligence,
lack of foresight or lack of skill.
