22.05.2022: Keonjhar to Anandapur, Hatadihi and Ghashipura block office and back.

Observation:
1. Visited to 2 no of farm pond under 5T of beneficiary namely Rasmi Ranjan
Bhoi and Rabindra Rout of Soso GP of Hatadihi block. The size of farm pond
was of 15m*15m*3m with an estimated cost of Rs.143000.00 and the
expenditure accrued of was Rasmi Ranjan Bhoi and Rabindra Rout was Rs.
95718.00,Rs. 99366.00 respectively. All projects were completed in FY-21-22 .
The work has been executed in MGNREGS under the supervision of Maa
Mangala SHG, Soso.
2. Visited to 1 no of farm pond under 5T of beneficiary namely Duryodhan Sahoo
Taratara GP of Anandapur block. The size of farm pond was of 15m*15m*3m
with an estimated cost of Rs.143000.00 and the expenditure accrued was Rs.
99886.00. The project was completed in FY-21-22 .The work has been executed
in MGNREGA schemes under the supervision of Maa Bhagabati SHG of
Taratara.
3. Visited to 2 no of farm pond under 5T of beneficiary namely Nabaghan Sahoo
and Madhusudan Dehury GP of Balarampur GP of Ghashipura block. The size
of farm pond was of 15m*15m*3m with an estimated cost of Rs.143000.00 and
the expenditure accrued was Nabaghan Sahoo and Guru charan Sahoo was Rs.
99814.00 and Rs. 105550.00 respectively. All projects were completed one in
FY 21-22. The work has been executed in MGNREGA schemes under the
supervision of Maa Tarini SHG of Balarampur and Jay Sri Ram SHG of
Balarampur.

Instruction: -

1. It was instructed regarding finishing of ramming and rolling of bund of

the pond.
2. Construct transparency pillar.
3. Adopt IFS activities around the pond.

1. Visited with Director Sir to 2 no of farm pond under 5T of beneficiary
namely Suant Rout and Muktikant Rout of Siapada village of Belabahali
GP of Anandapur block. The size of farm pond was of 15m*15m*3m with
an estimated cost of Rs.143000.00 and the expenditure accrued of was Suant
Rout and Muktikant Rout was Rs. 99990.00,Rs. 89910.00 respectively. All
projects were completed in FY-21-22. The work has been executed in
MGNREGS under the supervision of Maa Sarala and Brahmani Devi SHG
of Belabahali.
2. Visited with Director Sir to 1 no of farm pond under 5T of beneficiary
namely Damodhara Mallik of Alati GP of Ghashipura block. The size of
farm pond was of 15m*15m*3m with an estimated cost of Rs.180000.00
and the expenditure accrued of Damodhara Mallik was Rs. 1045120.00
respectively. All projects were completed in FY 20-21. The work has been
executed in MGNREGA schemes under the supervision of Shiva Sankar
SHG of Alati.

building and campus.

4. Visited to 1 no of farm pond under 5T of beneficiary namely Premananda Jena
of Chhenapadi village of Sasang GP of Hatadihi block. The size of farm pond
was of 15m*15m*3m with an estimated cost of Rs.143000.00 and the
expenditure accrued was Rs. 53710.00. The work has been executed in
MGNREGS under the supervision of Maa Santoshi SHG, Sasang.
