Observation:
1. Visited to 1 no of farm pond under 5T of beneficiary namely Rasmi Ranjan
Rout of Soso GP of Hatadihi block. The size of farm pond was of
15m*15m*3m with an estimated cost of Rs.143000.00 and the expenditure
accrued was Rs. 90562.00 and completed in FY-21-22 . The work has
been executed in MGNREGS under the supervision of Maa Siddhamarchai
SHG, Soso GP
2. Visited to 1 no of farm pond under 5T of beneficiary namely Premananda
Jena of Chhenapadi village,Sasang GP of Hatadihi block. The size of farm
pond was of 15m*15m*3m with an estimated cost of Rs.143000.00 and the
expenditure accrued of was Rs. 53710.00 . The work has been executed in
MGNREGS under the supervision of Maa Santoshi SHG, Sasang GP.

Instruction: -

1. It was instructed regarding finishing of ramming and rolling of bund

of the pond.
2. Construct transparency pillar.
3. Adopt IFS activities around the pond.

31.05.2022: Keonjhar to Ghashipura block office and back.

Time 7.00 AM to 7:30 PM
Distance travelled 170 km by vehicle.

Observation:

1. Attending the grievance meeting at Ghashipura block and visited to

Barapada SCDC farm office supervise the condition office building and
campus , also interact with the staffs about the progress of works under
MGNREGA scheme of Ghashipura block.

Instruction: -

1. It was instructed to complete the ongoing works in timely manner.
