Annexure – B
1. Working Hours:
Your working hours, weekly offs, periods of work, public holidays etc. will be governed by the
rules and regulations applicable to the Business unit / Client to which you will be attached.
2. Leave:
One Day Leave will be credited to your leave account for every month of working. Employees
who avail excess than eligible leaves will face LOP deductions. Eligibility of leave will be based
on pro rate from the date of joining. For those positioned at the Client’s workplace, their National
& Festival holiday calendar will be as per client’s Holiday Calendar.
3. Attendance:
You are expected to report to work on time every day. To regularize daily attendance process and
to maintain working hour record, you should punch attendance regularly in mobile application
based attendance tool, while reporting/leaving office. Our Payroll software is directly linked to
this attendance portal; hence you should update your attendance/leave data in the portal.
4 Transfer:
You will be liable to transfer in such capacity as the Company may from time to time determine
to any other location, department, establishment, or branch of the company or subsidiary,
associate or affiliate of the company. In such a case you will be governed by the terms and
conditions of service applicable in the new assignment.
The above terms and conditions are based on the company’s policy and procedures. The company
reserves the right to change one or more of the above clauses. Any changes will be notified in writing.
