REPORT FILE OF A TECHNICAL TECHNOLOGY PROJECT

If possible, the project will be written on a computer, except for the drawing part (sketches or
plans).

FRONT PAGE.
•Title of the project.
• Decorative drawing of the cover.
• Name and surnames of the members of the group.
• Course and group.
•Date.

INDEX.

All sections and their corresponding pagination will be included.

1. APPROACH OF THE STATEMENT AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROJECT.

The teacher will propose a work proposal, as well as the conditions that it must meet and the
assessment criteria.
Students must fully understand what is being asked to do; otherwise, they will ask the teacher.

2. SEARCH AND SELECTION OF INFORMATION.

In this stage, information will be sought regarding the type of object that is going to be built: its
function, its importance for society, the form it could have, the most suitable materials to build it,
the pieces that it could consist of, the mechanisms that could be used, the tools that should be used
and how to use them, etc.
In this section, the sources of information used will be indicated: books, Internet, experts,
magazines, direct observation, etc.

3. GENERATION OF IDEAS. INDIVIDUAL DESIGNS.

Each member of the group will think of a possible solution to the project, which will finally be
reflected in a simple but clear sketch of the object or machine. If necessary, brief explanatory
explanations of the drawing or its operation will be included.

4. CHOICE OF THE FINAL DESIGN. JUSTIFICATION.

Among all the sketches made, the group will choose the most interesting design, justifying said
choice based on aesthetic, functional, economic, environmental and temporal criteria.

5. FINAL DESIGN.

At this point, the design of the object or machine that has been chosen to build will be carried out.
To do this, each group must:
• A sketch or assembly plan (in perspective) of the object or machine, numbering the different
pieces or parts of the object or machine.
• The sketches or exploded views (by means of the views) of each one of the pieces of the object or
machine. These exploded views must be bounded and to scale.
The necessary calculations to carry out the project (mechanism calculations, electrical circuits, etc.)
will also be included in this section.
6. CONSTRUCTION PLANNING.

In this section we will provide everything necessary for the construction. An estimated budget will
also be made. The following sections will be included:

6.1. List of materials and list of tools needed.

6.2. Manufacturing and assembly sheet.

The different phases of the construction and assembly of the object or machine will be discussed in
an orderly and concise but clear manner. This way we will have a better orientation when making
the process sheet.

6.3. Process sheet.

You can add more rows if you need them, it always depends on the number of days the project
needs to be finished.

You can add more rows if you need them, it depends on how many different materials you
have used.

You also have to calculate the labor with its corresponding VAT.

Finally you have to add the two tables to get the total expense.

7. CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR.

A diary of the construction of the object or machine will be made, also indicating the possible
problems that have arisen and how they have been solved.

8. SELF-ASSESSMENT

Finally, an assessment will be made of the work carried out, of the possible functionality of the
object or machine built and a self-assessment of the operation of the group and of each of its
components.
Likewise, a critique of the project carried out will be made, commenting on the interest of the
problem posed and the usefulness of the concepts learned during
