NOW COME Plaintiff Melody Rodgers, to respectfully by herself, pursuant to

Rule 56 North Carolina Rules of Civil Procedures, hereby prays for an order granting
summery judgment against Defendants Butch Sanders, Re/Max Essential, Legacy
Holdings LLC. And Justin Hamilton on all claims stated in Plaintiff’s Complaint. The
judgment is based on the grounds that the Plaintiff Melody Rodgers is entitled to
judgment as a matter of law because there are no genuine issues as to any material fact as
established by the pleadings, the affidavit of the plaintiff and any other relevant material
in this case.
This motion is supported by the accompanying Memorandum of Points and Authorities in
support of Plaintiff’s motion for Summary Judgment.
