a formal, written statement of the goals of a new venture,
and an overview of the original strategy that will be followed to achieve
them.

1. Executive Summary (write in at least 3 paragraphs)
 It is on overview of your company, brand, and office location.

 It also contains general information of your company by stating


OPPORTUNITY: what’s background in starting your company (changes or
problems in the society) and product’s/ service’s benefits as the solution.

 If there are some types of products/ services you sell, you can tell briefly
in this part.

 The reasons why the costumer should buy your products or use your
services
2. Vision and Mission Statement
 The mission statement summarizes a company's purpose in one or two
paragraphs: why it exists.

 It's usually made up of a general description of the organization, its


function, and its objectives.

 The vision, on the other hand, talks about what the company aspires
to be in the future.
