The Stoner Bakery, we provide all kind of pastry, cakes, and drinks towards the
customer. The cakes, the bread, the muffins, the tarts and the drinks are affordable for the
customers because we the stoner bakery will give out the price that will not hurt your wallet
with the look and how tasty our cakes and pastry. We also take on massive order to delivered
straight to your house or we can make cakes and pastry for any wedding or birthday party.

The Stoner Bakery is just not a place come to get pastry and leave. The bakery is also
a place where you can enjoy your free time or tea time with you family, friend or with your
significant other which we provide table at Infront and side of our shop to let the customer sit
and enjoy with some relaxing time with their loves one. We also take delivery order and
make it easier for the customer just order the pastry and cake from the comfort of their house
and we will come delivered fresh hot piping pastry and cake to in front of your house with
giving you to fulfil your craving of pastry and cakes. We at the bakery also take big orders
for any event and we will make it happen and delivered it to the venue as state in the
customer instruction and details for an example surprise birthday party or big birthday party
which we will include some free drinks when you take the birthday package and we also do
wedding party packages in that one we provide multiple trays of pasty to be on standby
placing under a warmer to let the pastry to stay fresh a hot while refilling it.

The Stoner Bakery’s will offer several food packages. Prices for each package are as
followed:

 All types of slice cakes: RM 10.90

 All types of breads: RM 10.00
 All types of whole cakes: Price based on the kilogram of the cake and what type of
the cakes.
 All types of tarts: RM RM1.20 (1pcs) for a dozen tart Rm9.00
 Drinks: Coffee (Rm 5 – Rm 15) depends on the type of coffee you order
 Cookies: RM 5.00 (1pices)
 Muffins: RM 3.50 (1pices)
 Cupcakes: RM 2.50 (1pices)
 Brownies: RM 45.00 (size 8)
 Donuts: RM 1.20 (1pics)
 Wedding party package: Rm3500
 Surprise birthday or Birthday party: Rm 500

3.5 Operational Plan

In the operational of making the pastry cakes and drinks for our beloved customer we
make sure that our customer will be ensure of having the best quality of cakes and pastry and
drinks to give them the pleasure and returning them to use in the future to help the bakery.
We using premium quality ingredients on making our cakes, pastry and drinks such milk
from New Zealand and the flour from Italy and coffee from The Caribbean. This operational
plan was built by the CEO of the bakery, Preston Patrick Berundang, because of his
intelligence and supervision of the cakes, pastries and coffee he manages to put his idea and
quality of the products in a good shape and follow on how the customer will like the taste of
the product.

3.6 Location

One of The Stoner Bakery’s advantages is its location. A bakery must be situated
where it can easily be accessed by commuters, college or high school students, and
ultimately, tourists. If it happens automatically, the spaces will grow. The Stoner Bakery’s is
situated at Petaling Street Market, a popular shopping and tourism destination, for this reason.
On weekdays, over 10 000–20,000 people will visit this city every day, while over 40 000
will do so on weekends. Additionally, we have posted various banners and posters in this
area. This would encourage more consumers to come in. We also set up a rest area at The
Stoner Bakery’s so they could chat as well.
