Ballot Question 1
Pros and cons
● Finish the wall,
● Hold elected officials who violate our federal immigration laws legally
accountable,
● End chain migration for non-immediate family members,
● Discourage the formation of sanctuary cities and states by holding back federal
funding,
● End the visa lottery system,
● Prohibit illegal aliens from receiving taxpayer-funded welfare and health care
benefits, housing and transportation,
● Increase penalties on businesses that knowingly hire illegal aliens,
● Require mandatory employer verification of worker eligibility,
● Reduce refugee and visa fraud by re-evaluating criteria and improving
background checks,
● End visa overstays, and
● Enact merit-based immigration reform to expedite the naturalization process.
Ballot Question 2
Pros and cons
● Adam will stand up to reckless mandates that have done enormous damage to the
workforce, especially the most vulnerable workers, and will work to implement policies
that boost our supply chains and help employers provide good-paying, steady
jobs to hardworking Nevadans.
● As Attorney General, Adam fought against then-President Obama’s illegal
executive orders on immigration. During his term, Adam also fought against
dangerous sanctuary city policies and worked to help stop their spread.
● These are some of the reasons he is endorsed and supported by sheriffs, law
enforcement officers, and district attorneys across Nevada. Delivering resources
to our law enforcement departments is not near enough—they need an ally at the
top. Adam Laxalt will be that ally.
● He would oppose any further Democrat attempts to pass HR1 and make
elections less secure.
Ballot Question 3
Pros and cons
● With adequate investment, Joe believes that Nevada can become a regional leader in
industries that require skilled workers, like welding, robotics, CNC cutting, coding,
product design, and more.
● Joe also believes that we need more transparent and efficient processes for licensing
and inspections, so that we can streamline business processes in the state.
● Joe believes that a student’s zip code shouldn’t determine the quality of their education.
● Joe has spent his entire career protecting Nevadans, while Steve Sisolak has spent his
career passing soft-on-crime policies, limiting the amount of police officers on the
streets, and enabling career criminals
● Joe supports our right to build a firearm for personal use. Left-wing politicians are
working hard to take away our right to create our own guns. As governor, Joe will veto
any legislation that takes away that right
