FINANCIAL REPORT – WHY IT WAS SELECTED

1) Real world experience: Joining a company as an intern gives you the opportunity to work
hands on in a professional environment. As an intern you're not just there to get coffee or run
errands but you're there to gain actual work experience. Internships help by teaching you
more about the career path you are pursuing. Think of it like this – internships are a way to
test drive possible jobs and explore different career options.

2) Networking: Internships often give you the opportunity to attend meetings and events. By
interacting with professionals you gain new connections and learn how to communicate in a
professional environment. Personally, my internships have introduced me to a lot of useful
resources and have given me the opportunity to meet a variety of professionals in my field.
Networking has helped me acquire references and find new job opportunities. Internships can
even provide you with a professional mentor.

3) Resume Builder: As a college student I know the importance of a strong resume. Without
a solid resume it can be tougher to be considered for a position. And how can you have a
strong resume without any experience? Internships are key to building experience as a
student or recent graduate. Employers are much more likely to hire someone with internships
and work experience rather than someone with a generic resume, lacking experience.
4) Time Management: As an intern you'll become a master of time management. When
you're working in a fast paced professional environment you need to know every minute
counts. Time management is vital in every circumstance whether you're attending meetings,
finishing tasks on deadlines, making phone calls, picking up your boss' dry cleaning or
walking their dog (just kidding about those last two).

5) Career Foundation: Internships provide you with the building blocks you need for your
future. Many internship opportunities help set the foundation for your career. It is important
that you choose you internships based on your interests and career prospects. As an intern
you have the opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company. Keep in mind,
employers often use internships as a recruitment tool to test out future employees and
in many cases, companies hire interns after graduation.

AUDIT
An audit is a systematic and independent examination of books, accounts,
statutory records, documents and vouchers of an organization to ascertain how
far the financial statements as well as non-financial disclosures present a true and
fair view of the concern. It also attempts to ensure that the books of accounts are
properly maintained by the concern as required by law. Auditing has become
such a ubiquitous phenomenon in the corporate and the public sector that
academics started identifying an "Audit Society". The following are the audits
done in BPP & COMPANY:

1. Company audit:

The firm provide audit service to different companies. The company needs to
appoint an auditor either individual or a firm. The auditor has the right to access
the books of holding as well as subsidiary in relation to consolidation. Auditor
can inquire the following matters: a. whether loans and advances made by the
company on the basis of security have been properly secured and whether the
terms on which they have been made are prejudicial to the interests of the
company or its members

b. whether transactions of the company which are represented merely by book

entries are prejudicial to the interests of the company

c. where the company not being an investment company or a banking company,

whether so much of the assets of the company as consist of shares, debentures
and other securities have been sold at a price less than that at which they were
purchased by the company

d. whether loans and advances made by the company have been shown as
deposits;

e. whether personal expenses have been charged to revenue account

f. where it is stated in the books and documents of the company that any shares
have been allotted for cash, whether cash has actually been received in respect of
such allotment, and if no cash has actually been so received, whether the position
as stated in the account books and the balance sheet is correct, regular and not
misleading
SERVICES
Tax audits are conducted to assess the accuracy of the tax returns filed by a
company and are therefore used to determine the amount of any over or under
assessment of tax liability towards the tax authorities.
In some jurisdictions, companies above a certain size are required to have tax
audits after regular intervals while in other jurisdictions random companies are
selected for tax audits through the operation of a balloting system
External
External audit, also known as financial audit and statutory audit, involves the
examination of the truth and fairness of the financial statements of an entity by an
external auditor who is independent of the organization in accordance with a
reporting framework such as the IFRS. Company law in most jurisdictions
requires external audit on annual basis for companies above a certain size.
The need for an external audit primarily stems from the separation of ownership
and control in large companies in which shareholders nominate directors to run
the affairs of the company on their behalf. As the directors report on the financial
performance and position of the company, shareholders need assurance over the
accuracy of the financial statements before placing any reliance on them. External
audit provides reasonable assurance to the owners of the company that the
financial statements, as reported by the directors, are free from material
misstatements.
External auditors are required to comply with professional auditing standards
such as the International Standards on Auditing and ethical guidelines such as
those issued by IFAC in order to maintain a level of quality and trust of all
stakeholders in the auditing exercise.

BPP and company also do company audit, co-operative society audit and trust
audit. As it believes in team work, few people are appointed from the office to
work together. They try their best to provide quality audit.
Tax
A tax is a financial charge or other levy imposed upon a taxpayer (an individual or legal entity) by
a state or the functional equivalent of a state to fund various public expenditures. A failure to pay, or
evasion of or resistance to taxation, is usually punishable by law. Taxes consist of direct or indirect
taxes and may be paid in money or as its labour equivalent. Some countries impose almost no taxation at
all, or a very low tax rate for a certain area of taxation.

1. Income tax:
An income tax (IT) return is the tax form or forms used to file income tax with the Income Tax
Department. The tax returnis usually in a predefined worksheet format where the income figures used to
calculate the tax liability are written into the documents themselves.
The law states that tax returns must be filed every year for an individual or business that received income
during the year, whether through regular income (wages), dividends, interest, capital gains or other
sources.

Product Type of BPP & CO

The business model of BPP and CO. revolves around FINANCIAL
MANAGEMENT.

• COMPANY AUDIT

• TAX ( INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL)

• INCOME TAX AND PROFESSIONAL TAX

• VALUE ADDED TAX
• TDS RETURN

4.Value-Added Tax - VAT

A value-added tax (VAT) is a type of consumption tax that is placed on a product

whenever value is added at a stage of production and at final sale. VAT is most
often used in the European Union. The amount of VAT that the user pays is the
cost of the product, less any of the costs of materials used in the product that have
already been taxed.
The VAT is an alternative to a sales tax and is meant to deal with a specific
problem. With a sales tax, a business selling goods is responsible for making a
subjective decision about the intent of a buyer, the business may not be fully
competent to make the decision.
The refund portion of a VAT removes that incentive, and incentivizes accurate
collection. If the buyer is a businessperson, then that VAT is a temporary payment
to the state, based on the purchase price, eventually to be reimbursed by the state
for the initial payment when the goods are resold, usually after adding value to
them. Hence collecting the tax is a way to get money.
TDS Return
Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) is a means of collecting income
tax in India, under the Indian Income Tax Act of 1961. Any payment
covered under these provisions shall be paid after deducting prescribed
percentage. It is managed by the Central Board for Direct Taxes (CBDT)
and is part of the Department of Revenue managed by Indian Revenue
Service (IRS). It has a great importance while conducting tax audits.
Assessee is also required to file quarterly return to CBDT. Returns states
the TDS deducted & paid to government during the Quarter to which it
relates.
A deductor is required to issue a TDS certificate called form 16 for
salaried employees and form 16A for non salaried employees within a
specified time.
He has to issue TDS Certificates within one month of the next financial
year.
TDS on immovable Property
Section 194I of Income Tax Act by Freakans.
 This provision is applicable in respect of transactions effected on or

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

Significance of any project study means why it is important to study the project.
Significance throws light on the main points that discussed by the researchers.
For every business organization it is very important to have the correct
knowledge of its services which the organization provides to its employees. I
conducted study on “Consumer Satisfaction level Towards BPP AND
COMPANY ”. This helps MARKETING Dept. in analysing to what extent
knowing consumer behaviour is and also how much benefit it provides to its
employees. It is also beneficial for person who wants to come in the
organization, if they know the process they can apply easily. It helps in deciding
the new strategy and launch of new products. As I am an MBA student, it is
going to beneficial for me for further studies. This project is also helpful for
future trainees. It helps to make the system more clearly to outsiders and staff.
So, the top management must concentrate on the training programs and organize
them in such a way that maximum number of employees wants to attend these
programs. These must be related to employees and their jobs.
Objectives of the study

I choose to work with BPP & CO. during this internship I have learnt many
new skills. Before internship I have some practical experience of working in
organization. Now I have knowledge about the organisation's working
environment and how organisation work and achieve their goals and objectives.

This internship has to give me the understanding of business and also about the
elements of strategic thinking, planning and implementation and how these
things are applied in a real world organization environment. Following are the
objective that I have in my mind before working as an internee
For the purpose of carrying out any activity the primary requirement is to fix up
the objectives.

The objectives of the study are as follows:

• To understand the Financial market.

• To understand and analyze the consumer usage pattern.

• To understand the needs of consumers while searching products.

• To understand how respondent will react about their using product.

• To know and understand the attributes which are attracting the consumers.

• To know the awareness about Financial market .

CHAPTER 2

RESEARCH DESIGN

LITERATURE REVIEW:
The financial hub thanks to the fact that different users have different needs and preferences about the

results they would like to learn. For that reason, financial Hub produces different results in different

formats, but all with a clear goal to meet the different needs of users. Our various results include

reports, newsletters, examples, policy summaries, project reports or blogs/podcasts/vlogs.

Technology has greatly influenced the teaching of science. Educational technologies bring about new

fundamental changes that can be part of achieving significant improvements in student teaching and

understanding. Technology has shifted the educational paradigm away from the one-way flow of

knowledge (teacher as stage genius) to the sharing of information and teaching traffic between

students and teachers. To support both teaching and learning, educational technology can focus

classrooms on digital learning tools, such as computers and portable devices; expanding knowledge,

and learning resources; 21st-century building skills; increasing student engagement and motivation;
and speeding up student learning. It can also be used to maximize study offerings, and support

learning anywhere and anytime.

RESEARCH DESIGN:

A research design is a framework or device for a study that is used to guide the collection and analysis

of collected data. Completing the study is progressing according to plan. The basic objective of

research cannot be achieved without proper research design. It specifies methods and procedures for

obtaining the information needed to effectively conduct research. It is the overall operational pattern

of the project that determines what information needs to be collected, from what sources, and by what

methods.

The descriptive research design is designed to achieve the goal set for current research. Descriptive

research design using survey methods was selected to identify common marketing strategies adopted

by marketers to market BPP & CO. . Respondents were randomly selected to collect data. The formal

questionnaire was used to collect key data, consisting of 10 questions. Thirty samples were collected

using a personal interview method.

Data was collected from primary and secondary sources. Data was collected from users of different

age groups.
TYPES OF RESEARCH DESIGN

Research design has the following steps:

Exploratory research: It is an important part of any marketing or business strategy. It focuses

on

discovering ideas and insights as opposed to gathering statistically precise data.

This is why exploratory research is best suited as the best part of your overall research plan. It is most

often used to further define a company's problems, areas of potential growth, and alternative course of

action, and to prioritize areas that require statistical research.

Descriptive research: It occupies most of the online survey and is considered conclusive due to

its quantitative nature. Unlike exploratory research and descriptive research, it is purely planned and

structured so that the information collected can be statistically extrapolated to the population.
Casual research: Like descriptive research, casual research is quantitative in nature, as well as
preplanned and structured. For this reason, it is also considered evidence-based research. Contingent

research differs in its attempt to explain the cause-and-effect relationship between variables. This is in

contrast to the observational style of descriptive research because it attempts to decipher whether a

relationship is random through experimentation. Ultimately, casual research will have two goals.

To understand which variables are causes and which variables are effects.
Determine the nature of the relationship between the random variables and the effect to be predicted.

METHODOLOGY OF STUDY:

The project is a systematic presentation consisting of a stated problem, a formulated hypothesis,

collected data facts, analyzed facts, and proposed conclusions in the form of recommendations.

Data were gathered from both primary and secondary sources.

PRIMARY DATA: Primary data were collected by research method. In this regard, research
was conducted based on the questionnaire of the design of the source. The questionnaire was based on

customer general information about the “TALENTSERVE” likes and dislikes and what they expect

from their programs. This questionnaire focuses on the level of customer satisfaction and their views

on it. The study also pointed to the back of resources.

SECONDARY DATA: It is the secondary data you obtained from a person, organization or
published
source. The second data was collected in various ways such as the Internet, television, channels,

newspapers, magazines, and journals.

SAMPLING DESIGN-

It is a definitive plan for acquiring a sample from a given population. It refers to the technique or

procedure a researcher would use to select items for a sample. Sampling Design It can be well

selected from the population to be included in the sample. The sample design is determined before

data collection. It includes spatial boundary, temporal boundary, and sample size.

CONVENIENCE SAMPLING: Convenience sampling involves selecting respondents

According to the researcher's needs.

ADVANTAGES:

• Very low cost

• Much used/understood

DISADVANTAGES:

• Variability and bias cannot be measured or controlled

• Projecting the data beyond the sample is not justified

• Limitations of generalization
SAMPLING TECHNIQUE USED

Since the information required was not very technical in nature and considering the scope of the

project and the scope of the target segment, the sampling technique was used as appropriate.

I administered questionnaires.

SAMPLE SIZE

I limited the sample size to 30 respondents. This was done considering time constraints and the fact

that this number would be sufficient to provide the information required showing the trends.

NEED FOR RESEARCH DESIGN-

The research design is necessary because it facilitates the smooth flow of different research activities.

It makes the research successful by providing more information at a lower cost effort, time and

money. In order to build a house, we need a proper plan prepared by

The architect. Similarly, we need the appropriate design of the research or program prior to data

collection and analysis research project. The design helps the researcher to organize his ideas, which

helps to see and correct his mistakes if any.

DATA ANALYSIS

It is defined as the process of cleaning, modifying, and modeling data in order to obtain useful

information for making business decisions.

Data was collected and analyzed for the whole sample. Data analysis was performed with the

Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) using a method that incorporates descriptive

statistics.

Types of data analysis:

• Descriptive analysis: This method is the beginning of any analytical meditation, and aims to

answer the question of what happened? It does this by ordering, manipulating and interpreting raw

data to convert important information into your organizations. performing descriptive analysis is

important, as it allows us to present our information in a logical manner.

• Exploratory analysis: As its name suggests, the main purpose of test analysis is testing.
Prior to that, there was no concept of a relationship between data and flexibility. Once the data is

investigated, the analytical analysis enables you to find the connection and generate ideas and

solutions to specific problems. The standard location of the application for its data mining.

• Diagnostic analysis: Diagnostic data analysis empowers analysts and managers by helping

them gain a solid understanding of the content of why something happened. When you know why

something happened and how it happened, you will be able to identify specific ways to deal with the

problem or challenge.
• Predictive analysis: The prediction method allows you to look to the future to answer the

question: what will happen? To do this, it uses the results of the aforementioned descriptive analysis,

testing and evaluation.

• Prescriptive analysis: One of the most effective forms of analysis in research. Fixed
data

strategies cut through predictable analysis of how they revolve around using patterns or

trends to develop effective, efficient business strategies.

• Statistical analysis: Statistical study answers the question “What happened?” This

analysis includes data group, survey, modelling, and expounding using dashboards.

Statistical analysis is divided into two subcategories:

1. Descriptive: Descriptive analysis works with either complete or selections of

summary

numerical data. It illustrates means and variances in continuous data and percentages and

frequencies in categorical data.

2. Inferential: Inferential analysis works with samples obtain from complete data. An

analyst can reach different conclusions from the same complex data set simply by

selecting different samples.

• Text Analytics: Also called “data mining,” text analytics uses databases and data mining tools

to uncover patterns found in large data sets. It modifies raw data into useful business information.

Textual analysis is probably the most direct and straightforward method of data analysis.

CLASSIFICATION OF DATA:

Qualitative data -Refers to any non-numerical data, or in the form of words, phrases, and
phrases

that are quality data. These collections of data usually capture the thoughts, intentions, emotions, etc.,

of people on a particular topic.

Some of the most commonly used methods of collecting quality data include in-depth discussions,

group discussions, texts, focus groups, etc.

Quantitative data - This includes numerical databases, which can be analyzed by mathematical

strategies. Quantity data is collected based on scales such as name, interval, rating, and ordinal. As a

result, this data is generally more accurate, reliable, and reliable.

The most common methods of mass data collection are surveys and questionnaires, surveys,

scheduled interviews, audits, etc.

OPERATIONAL DESIGN:

Performance is the way an organization makes a promise to its customers. Some businesses start small

and are so focused on growth that performance just happens. They arise in various growth stages and

analysis only comes when obvious problems such as rising operating costs, or the use of big business
technology, arise. At the same time, major efforts to document procedures, re-evaluate a set of skills,

integrate various technologies, or withdraw home-grown applications that can no longer take care of

themselves. However, these activities, for the most part, are usually localized and do not cover the

whole area.

This is related to the methods and processes mentioned in the sample, visual and mathematical

designs can be performed.

The key features of the research design are the following:

(a) It is a system, which identifies the sources and types of data associated with the research problem.

(b) It is a strategy, which determines the method to be used to collect and analyze data.

(c) As most of the research activities are conducted under these two controls, it includes a time and

cost budget.
ELEMENTS OF OPERATIONAL DESIGN:
SAMPLE SIZE

The sample size is a term used in market research for defining the number of subjects
included in a sample size. By sample size, we understand a group of subjects that are
selected from the general population and is considered a representative of the real
population for that specific study.

For example, if we want to predict how the population in a specific age group will react
to a new product, we can first test it on a sample size that is representative of the
targeted population. The sample size, in this case, will be given by the number of
people in that age group that will be surveyed.

In this questionnaire we have taken a sample of 50 random people of different age

group in which we have given them different questions and on the basis of their
response we have analyse the data

WHY DO WE NEED STATISTICS THAT DESCRIBE DATA?

Descriptive statistics are used to describe or summarize aspects of a sample or set of data, such as

definition of variance, standard deviation, or frequency. Inferential statistics can help us understand

the collected features of sample data elements.

Knowing sample meanings, variations and different distributions can help us understand the world

around us.
WHAT ARE MEAN AND STANDARD DEVIATION?

These are the two most commonly used descriptive statistics. Mean is the average level seen in a

particular piece of data, while the standard deviation defines the data seen in the variable being

distributed at its own rate.

CAN DESCRIPTION STATISTICS BE USED TO MAKE INFERENCE

AND PREDICTION?

No. while these definitions help to understand data attributes, absurd mathematical strategies - a

different branch of mathematics is needed to understand how diversity interacts in a data

set.
CHAPTER 3

DATA ANALYSIS
RESULTS

Data Analysis

In this phase we will do data analysis on those problems which are to be faced by

BPP AND Company from starting till now. The problems are as follow:-

1:-Why people choose other FINANCIAL SERVICES over BPP AND COMPANY ?

2:-Is BPP AND CO. known by public?

3:-Do people have access to device for online

financial services .

4:- What do people think about FINANCIAL MARKETS?

5:-Do people have enough time left after their study?

Now we will analyze this all problems faced by BPP AND Company with the help of people

opinion which was collected by circulating a Google form and by analyzing the facts and

figures why BPP and CO. is lacking and not excelling in its FINANCIAL field. Let us know

about the valuable opinions of customers by looking at the pie chart.

Now let us know more about the set things in details:-

Awareness :- Majority of people are aware about BPP AND CO. as we can see that

65.9% of the people have responded yes to the question that they are well aware of the

company talent serve and I can say that most of them are students but they have other

medium of education such as some of them are college students and some of them are

still in their high school thus they are not much only n7.3% of people are not sure about

the company whether they have heard about the company or not and 26.8% of the

people who have responded no to the questionnaire that they have never ever heard

Surveys:

Survey data is the data that is collected from a sample of respondents that took a survey.

This data is comprehensive information gathered from a target audience about a specific

topic to conduct research. There are many methods used for survey data collection and

statistical analysis.

Types of survey on the basis of deployment method:

On the basis of deployment method, there are four types of survey data:-

Online
survey

Paper SURVEYD

Survey
Online Survey:

Online surveys are effective and therefore require computational logic and branching

technologies for exponentially more accurate survey data collection vs any other traditional

means of surveying. They are straightforward in their implementation and take a minimum

time of the respondents. The investment required for survey data collection using online

surveys is also negligible in comparison to the other methods. The results are collected in

real-time for researchers to analyze and decide corrective measures. Example of an online

survey is a hotel chain using an online survey to collect guest satisfaction metrics after a

stay or an event at the property. It is vey safe and secures to conduct. As there is no in-

person interaction or any direct form of communication, they are quite useful in times of

global crisis.

Facet of ace survey:

Gaining information from respondents via face-to-face mediums is much more effective than

the other mediums because respondents usually tend to trust the surveyors and provide

honest and clear feedback about the subject in-hand. Researchers can easily identify whether

the ire respondents are uncomfortable with the asked questions and can be extremely

productive in case the rear sensitive topics involved in the discussion. This online data

collection method demand more cost-investment than in comparison to the other methods.

According to the geographic or psychographic segmentation, researchers must be trained to

gain accurate information. For example, a job evaluation survey is conducted in person

between an HR and a manager with the employee. This method works best face-to-face as

the data collection can collect as accurate information as possible.

Telephone Survey:

Telephone surveys require much lesser investment than face-to-face surveys. Depending on

the required reach, telephone surveys cost as much or a little more than online surveys.

Contacting respondents via the telephonic medium requires less effort and manpower than the

face-to-face survey medium. If interviewers are located at the same place, they can cross

checktheirquestionstoensureerrorfreequestionsareaskedtothetargetaudience. The main

drawback of conducting telephone surveys is that establishing a friendly equation with the

respondent becomes challenging due to the bridge of the medium. Respondents are also highly

likely to choose to remain anonymous in their feedback over the phone as the reliability

associated with the researcher can be questioned. For example, if a retail giant would like to

understand purchasing decisions, they can conduct a telephonic, motivation, and buying

experience survey to collect data about the entire purchasing experience

Paper Survey:

The other commonly used survey method is paper surveys. These surveys can be used where

laptops, computers, and tablets cannot go, and hence they use the age-old method of data

collection; pen and paper. This method helps collect survey data in field research and helps
strengthen the number of responses collected and the validity of these responses. For

example a fast food restaurant survey where the fast-food chain would like to collect

feedback on the dining experience of its patrons.

The analysis of the data is done as per the survey finding the data is represented
graphically in percentage the percentage of the people opinion what an alliance
and expressed in the form of the charts

Most of the people have opted for Laptop for their device as a medium for learning online
education 85.4% of people opted that they are using laptop and 14.6% people uses mobile
phones as a medium to their online education.
Source: Compiled from questionnaire

data Interpretation:

This analysis indicates that most of the respondent that is 48.8%Responded that
they spend 1-3 hours on online education and rest there are different types of
people who spend 3-5 hours (34.1%) and also there are people who even studies
for more that 6 hours spending online and the percentage of those people are very
less.
Most of the people say that online is slightly effective and still they believe
physical is much better in their sense.

An online is preferred by other individuals who may not be able to make it for organisation
in a traditional brick and mortar kind of college due to various reasons. Below we'll
examine some of the benefits this exciting education provides to such students.
Benefits of online Financial services are following-

1. Flexibility

Students have the freedom to juggle their careers and school because they aren't tied down to a

fixed schedule. In a traditional classroom setting, class meeting times are set, and the student

has no power over this, forcing them to work their schedules around these dates. Most people

who choose online learning tend to have other commitments, and prefer this mode of learning

as it gives them power over how they will delegate their time towards their different projects.

2. Reduced Costs

Online education can cost less due to a variety of reasons. For example, there is no cost for

commuting. Assorted costs that are related to transport, such as fuel, parking, car

maintenance, and public transportation costs don't affect the online student.

3. Networking Opportunities

Online education also provides students with the chance to network with peers across nations

or even different continents. This often leads to other opportunities in terms of collaboration

with other individuals in the implementation of a project. At the same time, it makes them

culturally sensitive and able to fit into other environments easily given their exposure to other

cultures.
c

4. Documentation

All the information that you will need will be safely stored in an online database. This

includes things like live discussion documents, training materials and emails. This means that

if there's ever anything that needs to be clarified, the student will be able to access these

documents fast, saving valuable time. This is especially useful for individuals that need to

carry out research for a project and submit their findings to a panel.

5. Increased Instructor - Student Time

Students in traditional classrooms may not get the personalized attention they need to have

concepts clarified. Although class sizes are small at CCA, most colleges have classes of

students that number in the hundreds. This is not a problem for this type of education because

online guided discussions and personal talk time with their professors and lecturers is a

hallmark of online classes. This increases the chances of a student performing well due to the

time their instructors give them. This also enhances their problem-solving and communication

skills, as well as knowing how to defend their arguments to superiors if needed.

6. Access to Expertise

An online college education might give students access to specialized degree courses that may

not be available in an easily accessible or local institution of learning. Online classes allow the

sharing of expertise that helps more people have access to education that is not readily

available in certain geographic locations.

Opportunity to finish a degree they might have started and were unable to continue with for

one reason or another. The future of online degree education looks promising, and opens up

education to a larger section of the population than ever before.

Many people gave different opinions and talked about their schedules whether how they

manage time for their studies some of them match to each other although there are several

opinions which are very much different from each other like some said by sacrificing fun

time they take out time for studying online while others say they are extremely well in

managing time and they take out time for their online education.

As Per the survey most of the people responded no to this question that they do not

like to study at all as it requires dedication hard work and extreme focus in order to
grasp something deep down in their mind so many are procrastinators and they do

not like to study online .

There are several mediums by which we can advertise in order to market our websites to
increase sales of our courses online and bring more and more customers.

1:-Journal:

Journals are gradually becoming more important than books these days when data collection

is concerned. This is because journals are updated regularly with new publications on a

periodic basis, therefore giving to date information. Also, journals are usually more specific

when it comes to research. For example, we can have a journal on, "Secondary data

collection for quantitative data "while a book will simply be titled,

"Secondary data collection".

2:-Newspapers:

In most cases, the information passed through a newspaper is usually very reliable.

Hence, making it one of the most authentic sources of collecting secondary data. The

kind of data commonly shared in newspapers is usually more political, economic, and

educational than scientific. Therefore, newspapers may not be the best source for

scientific data collection.

3:-Websites:

The information shared on websites is mostly not regulated and as such may not be trusted

compared to other sources. However, the rear some regulated websites that only share

authentic data and can be trusted by researchers.

4:-Blogs:

Blogs are one of the most common online sources for data and may even be less authentic than

websites. These days, practically everyone owns a blog, and a lot of people use these blogs to

drive traffic to their website or make money through paid ads.
