Use of delivery line

Proper use of delivery line can effectively pro-

long the service life of delivery line.

1) Straight tube

Turning the straight tube by 120° or 180° every

pumping 10000 cubic meters can lead to even
distribution of abrasion and increment in serv-
0 1 -18 tube. Especially to the deliv- 0 1 -18 1- 18

2) Elbow

①Turning the elbow by 180° every pumping

5000 cubic meters can lead to even distri-
bution of abrasion (see Fig.5–44). The out-
side abrasion of an elbow is larger than the
inside abrasion or the abrasion of straight

their service lives are also different. Gener-

the wall thickness has declined to the val-

be specially noted that the influence on deliv-

load during pumping can not be accurately
calculated. It depends on many factors in the
procedure of pumping; therefore, the delivery

wood hammer or rubber hammer can be
used to knock the delivery line when the line

method has large error and requires rich
practical experience.

The delivery line is subdivided into two sec-

Wall thickness

The starting points for laying the pipe on the

boom are the hinge pivot points. The straight
delivery lines run from pivot point to pivot

NOTE:
c Cleanliness is of the greatest possible c impor- c

other impurities to enter the system. Even
small particles may cause valves to be
scored, pumps to seize and choke and control
bores to become blocked. Hydraulic fluid
drums must stand for some time before the
fluid is taken from them. Never roll the barrels
