I volunteer at a EJA Dairy, a cow farm, in one of their locations

at Lajas, Puerto Rico. There I attend to cows of all sizes,

I volunteered to help Dra. Ileana Pagán with what was
necessary at both her offices in Yauco and Mayagüez. I
organized case files, kept the offices clean and
created a comfortable coffee room for the employee's
at her Mayagüez loaction.

Leadership I volunteered here to assist the medical office in the transition
to all the COVID-19 protocols during the pandemic. I assisted
Content developing the patients coming in and out to facilitate the process. As well
as organizing and filling the invoices.

Teamwork I volunteered during the COVID-19 vaccination process. Here I
assisted the patients throughout every stage of the process. I
Customer Service assisted them with the forms, guided them through the
processes, and supervised them for the necessary 15 minutes
post vaccination.
