Hello Jorge,
 
As a panel member, you could receive/participate in multiple surveys a year. The
survey emails will come from American Consumer Opinion®
at aparks@acop.com. You may also log in to your account and access available
surveys from your account page.
 
Your email is randomly selected; therefore, we cannot tell you for certain when
you will be emailed a survey. The information you provided when registering is
also sometimes used to determine the kind of survey you are qualified for
(income, occupation, Internet speed).
 
Participants for surveys and discussion groups are randomly chosen from our
database of panel members.
 
You will be paid in Points for completing surveys. Points could range from 10
Points to 5,000 Points for full studies.
 
To explain more about Points—one Point equals a penny. A hundred Points
equals a dollar. You can redeem Points for cash, or you can donate your Points to
a worthy charity.
 
After you complete a survey, your Member Account will be credited for the full
amount of your incentive. You can cash out when your Member Account equals at
least 1,000 Points (10 U.S. dollars). Our cash-out options for your country are
PayPal, Hyperwallet, or donations to charity.
