classroom environment in which learners can develop physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my
ambition to create this type of learning environment in which students can satisfy their desires while learning
eagerly. I will also provide a safe environment for my students to freely share their thoughts, feelings, or
problems in order for them to be comfortable and develop friendships among their classmates.

them better and listen to their problems whether at school or at home or/and address their needs.
2. Use positive communication techniques. As a teacher I will cultivate a soothing voice
when communicating to my students. I will also provide positive feedback for their
activities and performance and encourage them to be better and better. As a teacher
it is also important to show respect to your students and in return, they will respect
you.
3. Welcoming and friendly environment. Start a class with greetings.
My class schedule will be organized based on what my co-teachers and I agreed upon. I should always
consider the perspectives of my co-workers and students. To keep my students’ attention on the task at hand,
I will make every part of my lesson interesting and interactive. I should always draw all my students’ attention,
even those in the back. I should also consider their emotions and circumstances.
