Requirements The project manager must identify, record, and manage stakeholder needs
Management Plan and requirements throughout the initial planning phases of the project in
order to achieve the project's goals. An agreement or other formally
imposed specification may include requirements or capabilities that must
be present in the project's final product. The measured and documented
needs and expectations of the sponsor, customer, and other stakeholders
may be included in these criteria.
Schedule The project's tasks, activities, and milestone dates are all listed on the
Management Plan schedule. The project timeline will be made public along with other
documents, and all team members are expected to follow it and routinely
review it. The project manager is in charge of keeping an eye on the
schedule, updating it frequently, and recording any modifications.
Cost Management The actions and standards for planning, structuring, and managing project
Plan costs are laid forth in the cost management plan. The most significant
evaluation and control factors for State projects are cost estimating and

cost controls.
Quality The project manager will designate a Quality Control Manager. QA will
Management Plan make that the program performs as described in the documentation. Any
variations from the documentation will be reported for review or correction
to the application development team. QA will evaluate any reported issues
or ideas for viability, accuracy, and usefulness. If the submission needs to
be advanced to the application development for revision or
implementation, they will decide on that. Prior to uploading the new
software, QA will also test each modification made by the Lead Developer.
The Quality Control Manager will submit ideas to the Software Lead
Developer to enhance or fix the software. They will be in charge of carrying
out software modifications as requested by QA.
Resource Allocating project work will fall under the purview of the project manager.
Management Plan
Any issues with their performance will be raised with their immediate
manager or the team lead. The project management will get updates on
project status from the project team. Conflicts over task priorities will be
resolved.
Communications Project team introduction at the kickoff meeting for the project to review the
Management Plan state of the project, hold team meetings or conference calls. Discussing
and creating technical design answers. Report the project's current status,
including activities, costs, and problems. Review of the project's overall
problems, lessons learned, and corrective measures meetings, conference
calls, and emails are all forms of communication.
Risk Management Throughout the application development process, the team will analyze
Plan and manage risks. The application development project's components will
be broken down into areas with possible hazards to the schedule, budget,
or technical aspects. Risks to be considered include time, database
interface concerns, security, compatibility, and any competing applications
on the market that perform the same purpose as the one being built.

Efficiency and patient happiness were desired in the contemporary health care environment
for high-quality performance. The outpatients of the barangay center in the developing barrio of
Calobaoan deal with a wide range of problems. These include: extended patient waits times,
heavy workloads for counter employees, and overtime for doctors and staff during clinic
sessions. Overtime and peak workloads have been compromising the quality of healthcare
services. In order to cut down on waiting times, this article focuses on creating a system to
increase the effectiveness and quality of web-based appointment scheduling.
IV. SCOPE BASELINE
An approved version of the scope statement, work breakdown structure, and WBS lexicon
must all be included in a scope baseline. The Project Manager will split the project's deliverables
and work into manageable chunks that the Project Team will complete.
V. SCOPE VALIDATION
The deliverables' acceptance is the main focus of scope validation. When comparing project
deliverables to the requirements, the requirements documentation, requirements traceability
matrix, and scope baseline must be used. The indicated documentation and the actual outcomes
will be compared

Project Title : Patient Appointment System
INTRODUCTION
The schedule management plan's purpose is to define the approach that the project team will
take in creating the project schedule. This plan also details how the team will monitor the project
schedule and manage changes once the baseline schedule is approved. All schedule-related
changes must be identified, analyzed, documented, prioritized, approved or rejected, and published.
MS Project will be used to create project schedules, which will begin with the deliverables
identified in the project's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The specific work packages that must
be completed to complete each deliverable will be identified in the activity definition. The order of
work packages and the relationships between project activities will be determined by activity
sequencing. The number of work periods required to complete work packages will be calculated
using activity duration estimating. In order to complete schedule development, resource estimating
will be used to assign resources to work packages.
The project team and any resources tentatively assigned to project tasks will review the
preliminary schedule once it has been developed. The proposed work package assignments must
be approved by the project team and resources.
The following are the roles and responsibilities for schedule development:
The project manager will be in charge of assisting the project team with work package
definition, sequencing, and estimating duration and resources. The project manager will also use MS
Project 2007 to create the project schedule, which will be validated with the project team,
38 | P a g e
stakeholders, and the project sponsor. The project manager will obtain project sponsor approval for
the schedule and baseline it.
The project team is in charge of work package definition, sequencing, and estimating
duration and resources. Once the proposed schedule is approved, the project team will review and
validate it, as well as perform the assigned activities. Before the project begins, the project sponsor
will participate in reviews of the proposed schedule and approve the final schedule.
ACTIVITIES
The project starts on October 2022 and end on December 2022. It has four phases:
planning, development, testing and deployment. The application is divided into three
modules: stakeholder , service provider and admin.

INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this Cost Management Plan is to define the methodology by which costs
associated with Patient Appointment System will be managed throughout the project lifecycle. To
ensure the successful completion of the project within the allotted budget, this plan sets the format
and standards by which the project costs are measured, reported and controlled.
The Cost Management Plan establishes the activities and criteria for planning, structuring,
and controlling project costs. Cost estimating and cost controls are the most important evaluation
and control items for State projects. Actual costs and cost variances must be reported regularly to
oversight committees and project sponsors. Any cost change over five percent requires project
steering committee approval.

VII. REWARDS AND RECOGNITION
Participate as a Leader:
Despite leading high-performing teams from many disciplines, there are moments
when you must roll up your sleeves and lend a hand. Learn every aspect of the project,
and when the team may be struggling or feeling overburdened, volunteer to assist.
Reviewing deliverables and making sure documentation is accurate are undoubtedly
important aspects of your daily work. But be prepared to step in and assist with quality
control (QC), document proofreading, and error checking as a last set of eyes before
delivery to the client.
Conquer Disagreement:
It is inevitable that there will occasionally be conflict in any project or team endeavor.
Keep an eye out for it to arise, and have a strategy to handle conflict right away to limit its
impacts. Don't disregard it.
Celebrate Success:
While everyone works diligently every day to achieve larger goals, it can be simple to
ignore the tiny victories along the road.
