Dear Sir/Madam:

May we request for a certification as to when the Decision in the case of Jennifer
Bautista Flores, JDRC Case R-MND-18-00800-CV [JENNIFER BAUTISTA FLORES vs
OLIVER BERIONG FLORES from the Regional Trial Court of Mandaluyong, Branch
214.

The Petitioner received her copy of the decision last September 6, 2021 while our law
office received the same sometime September 21, 2021. Until now, the registry return
card of the Decision for the Office of the Solicitor General has not yet been received
from the Office of the Solicitor General. It has been more than one year and there may
be a problem in the post office.

As advised by the Court staff, we are requesting for a certification as to the date of
receipt of said Decision from Branch 214, Regional Trial Court of Mandaluyong.
