I’m sure you might have been briefed by now that, Lohia Corp Limited are a flagship company of Lohia Group and as a
global major we supply end-to-end solutions for Polypropylene (PP) and High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) woven fabric
machinery. We offer complete range of machines required for Raffia and Textile Industry to produce bags / fabrics and
yarns of unmatched quality.
We had incorporated our business in 1981 and over last 39 years we have established ourselves as one of the top brands
in our category of offerings and presently we have 80% of the domestic market-share and we export to 95+ countries
globally. Seeing the potential in the spare parts market, Lohia Global Solutions was conceptualised to further capture the

KEY INFORMATION
1. Buddy Process:
We have a ‘Buddy Program’ which is aimed to associate you with a tenured employee who would be an
additional layer of support to you for the first 30 days. Your buddy will try and support you in the following ways:
- provide context so that you don’t struggle too much to fully understand your role or how to
contribute to your team’s success.
- gain a know-how about your relevant stakeholders, matrix of the Organization, cultural norms
and knowledge about some unspoken rules that exist.
- ensure that all requisite support is extended to you so that you quickly become productive in
your role.
Ms. Mahima Singh has been assigned as your HR Buddy. She can be reached at +91 6390014838. We
recommend that you meet your buddy at least once a week for availing maximum benefit of this association.

Salary Related Portal - Our employee portal can be accessed through the following link, where you can modify
your salary structure by opting the ‘Flexi Salary Structure’ tool and upload your
investment plans through ‘Proposed Investment’ option.

Reflection (Internal Magazine) – Reflection is a quarterly magazine which is released for our employees to
updated about major events within the Organization. The recent issue can be
