MP01100122: “How Can I Contribute in the Attainment of SAS Outcomes”

 As a PhD student, I am given opportunities to improve my leadership and

interpersonal skills while increasing my self-confidence. Extracurricular involvement
allows students like me to link academic knowledge with practical experience, thereby
leading to a better understanding of my own abilities, talents, and career goals. The
SAS outcomes such as demonstrating highly advanced systematic knowledge and
skills in highly specialized and/or complex multi-disciplinary field of learning for complex
research, policy development, planning, and administration, and or professional
practice for the advancement of learning, or systematically examined development
processes, institutions, and outcomes and contributed evidence-based development
interventions that will address organizational issues and concerns, and others serve as
my bases to help PSU-SAS attain these outcomes.
For me to contribute in the attainment of the SAS outcomes, I need adhere to the
standards and guidelines of the university to continue quality assurance and service. I
have to join in conducts complex multi-disciplinary research that leads to the
development of new knowledge, skills, and advancement of learning and develop then
administer policies and plans that promote greater development in any specific field
which are evidence-based interventions, and while doing this, I can work independently
or as an active and participative team member in a multi-disciplinary and more complex
research or creative work that results to innovation, and value-adding. Getting involved
in such activities maybe time-consuming, but it will surely make my stay as a graduate
school student more challenging but at the same time make me intensify a sense of
belongingness and adjust more to the professional academe.
 Finally, as a PhD of PSU-SAS, I need to qualify myself by producing quality
dissertation and being able to implement it in my school or in bigger arena imbued
with holistic values and ethical standards, demonstrate exemplary competencies in
knowledge production (research), knowledge sharing and exchange (teaching), and
knowledge application and utilization in order to deliver excellent services to
stakeholders and the community in general ads the primary outcome of SAS.
