answer with valid arguments.
Answer
A&C leather company use irregular demands situations because of in this type of demand the
sales of a product or services fluctuate too much, sometimes it goes to extreme top, sometimes it
goes to zero. Similarly in A&C Company also seasonal items have higher sales and non-seasonal
items less. The customer only wants the products in a certain period or season due to which they
only buy the product in that particular season.

A&C Leather Company overcomes 2 demand situations by doing so companies shift the demand
of products.

The company use demand shifting techniques: By using demand shifting technique make such
a strategy so that their demand shift and the sales of the other products can be increased.

Synchro marketing strategy: synchro marketing refers to a marketing strategy in which the
seller tries to control the irregular demands by presenting various attractive offers to the
customer. It is simply an appealing way of capturing customers who are having no more need of
buying goods or services because of seasonal factors or irregular time.
