Guest: Hello good morning , I would like to book a room for the second weeks of June
spesifically on 13th of June, it is Available?
Reservationperson: Yes Ms, may I know for how many person would you like?
Reservationperson: Okay Ms, for 2 adult we have 3 types of rooms that you can choose. That are
Deluxe room, Superior Room, and Twin room.
Guest: Oh… can you tell me what’s the difference between them ?
Reservationperson: Well, the Deluxe room (it is the biggest room we have, with the garden and
beach view) and then Superior room (it is a standard room in our hotel with the only pool view).
And if you want 2 different room, you can choose twin room, that is connecting room. So you
can have privacy with your friend but still can connecting to each other room. What types would
you like, Ms?
Guest: Hmmm okay er…... may I know how much for the Deluxe dan Superior room please?
Reservationperson: For the Deluxe room is US$ 550 per night and for Superior room is US$ 440
per night, Ms. It's price are include tax and breakfast for 2 persons.
Guest: that’s great. I’ll book a Deluxe room for one week start from 13th June please.
Reservationperson: Ok ms. May I know your name, phone number and your email for the
reservation listed please?
Reservationperson: You are booking a Deluxe room, with the price is US$ 550 include breakfast,
u will arriving on 13th of june 2022 and stay until 20th of june 2022. You can check in start from
2pm on 13th June and need to check out before 12pm on 20th June. And If you want to cancel
about your reservation, please inform us 2 weeks before the date you are arrived in. Is there
anything else I can assist you Ms. Nila?
Guest: okay… mmm can you tell me how do I pay for it?
Reservationperson: you can transfer the total to our rekening number that will be send to your
email privately.
Guest: Alright, I will transfer the payment later to your account. Thank you so much for your
sevice. Have a good day byee
