Retailing will allow students to learn about the process of strategic decisions first before moving
on to decision implementation. The implementation decisions of retailing are broken down into
merchandise management decisions and store management decisions, just as in a real retailing
setting.

Learning Outcomes
After successfully completing this course, students should be able to:
1. Design retailing strategies in terms of customers, competitors, channel, location,
merchandising, store layout and retailing mix to the business organization
2. Present retailing solutions to the business organization.
3. Propose retailing strategies solutions to the business organization.
